Did you hear Chuck DeVore on Chris Matthews?
Posted on 05/07/2010 3:02:02 PM PDT by Bigtigermike
Chris just asked DeVore about Palin's endorsement, and he said, "I've got all the conservative "heart and soul" on my side, and Carly's just got Sarah Palin.
DeVore doesn't know how to handle things....Hayworth at least had a fall back if he win vs. McCain " I look forward to Palin supporting me when I win"...."Sheepdog" remarks?.....Backpeddles on RedState today for assinine comment? Devore is blowing up!!

But somehow that was never an issue with Reagan. I despise H.W. Bush, and I probably would have despised Senator Richard Schweiker in 1976 even more.

No, theres nothing humorous about it any longer. No one can make a valid excuse for endorsing Carley (McCain light) unless they agree with the RINO agenda. Conservatives want to keep Campbell out of the seat, too bad you don't share that interest.

But somehow that was never an issue with Reagan. It certainly was an issue with Reagan, more than once. Liberal Republicans like Richard Schweiker (his VP choice in 1976) and Chuck Percy; RINOs like Pete Wilson -- people who had absolutely trashed him in public, yet he campaigned hard for them later. All for the greater good.

i bow down to the sarah bot god. ;) No one's asking you to bow down to anything.
You just might want to avoid making statements that put your foot squarely into your own mouth next time.
Careless posts are fatal to your credibility.
Think before you post.
Post wisely.

When Hannity had Carly and Chuck on his show last month it was clear she could handle the interview with aplomb and Chuck pretty much blew it even then.
To: AuntB
He kind of did it to himself with his outburst after the endorsment came through for Carly, the way he’s acted the last two days pretty much shows he isn’t ready for the big time .... yet.. but Campbell HAS to be defeated.
To: TitansAFC
Right now we have a similar, though not quite as high profile, issue here in AZ, there is a tea party candidat who will not drop out and endorse JD, his little percentage could make a difference when it comes down to the vote in August.
To: Arizona Carolyn
Interesting. I didn’t see that particular Hannity.

It was at the Reagan Library... Carly was trying to be pleasant to Chuck and actually discuss issues and why Campbell was not the appropriate person to win this race (and Campbell refused to appear with both of them that night).. and Chuck launched into a tirade against Fiorina right there on the stage, you could tell it ticked Hannity off as he had not invited them on to debate and Chuck was using this prime time appearance to try and score points against Carly... left a bad taste in my mouth.
To: Arizona Carolyn
Oh heck! I missed one heck of a show.

yep....... it is why I’ve thought ever since that he was not ready for the big time — yet... his actions since Palin’s endorsement served to prove the fact.
To: Arizona Carolyn
The three debated on Thursday, but I think it’s being aired on TV Mother’s Day morning!!!

sure...sure....Let's review her endorsements.
Perry won his primary
Rand Paul up by double digits in KY
McCain up by double digits
Elmer in Minn won his primary and leading all dem candidate sin blue Minn
Burns up by 6 pts in PA12
Lt. Col west
Carly presently second in the primary but still within striking range.
Duffy in WIS forced Chairmen Obey to retire
Rubio in FL leading his primary force the traitor crist to show his real colors
Christie in NJ won the gov race
McDonald in Va won the gov race
Brown in Mass won the senate race
and those are off the top of my head. She has also endorsed several other veterans and conservative grassroot candidates. She has singled out 20 dems in red districts that voted for healthcare. Yeap very unimpressive. Are you on drugs?

ROFL...
Lost her conservative cred?
ROFL....
compared to whom Romney?
T-PAW thune. Palin remains the most conservative national figure on the stage.
Devore is an idiot. The way he acted after Palin’s endorsement shows he is a thinned skin politician that is immature.
I don't really care for Carly but after the way Devore and his fan club of Palin haters have acted I would rather him lose.

We have discussed this before, but I would rather win with Campbell and get rid of Barbara Boxer, than lose with Devore and be stuck with Boxer for another 6 years.
I have not seen anything so far that tells me that Devore could beat Campbell in the primary or Boxer in the general election.
How much money have you sent to DeVore so far this year?
