..... the governor of Hawaii is now publicly voicing the alleged exact location of Obama's birth, saying "the president was, in fact, born at Kapi'olani Hospital in Honolulu, Hawaii"
The disclosure is believed to be the first time a state government official has declared the precise place where Obama was born, despite numerous other published claims, including some for a different hospital in Honolulu.
The remark came Sunday night when Gov. Linda Lingle, a Republican, was interviewed on New York's WABC Radio by host Rabbi Shmuley Boteach. (The subject was addressed at the 77-minute mark HERE.)

They can plan, but no military court is going to undertake an investigation or rule on how the Commander in Chief is elected, or what the Constitution requires for eligibility.
The military cannot function if a commander needs to ‘prove himself’ to every individual in the military. If Lakin had issues, he should have resigned.
What hints?
Lingle has every reason to lie. If Obama is ineligible Hawaii loses a lot of bribe money. Obama’s executive order (made shortly after Fukino’s statement) is one example - Obama ordered a LOT of money to be given to “Pacific Islanders”, including native Hawaiians. If Obama was found to be ineligible that executive order would absolutely be overturned.
They actually have a provision in their UIPA which says that a disclosure otherwise required by Hawaii law does not have to be made if it would jeopardize federal funding. OIP attorney Linden Joesting referred to that provision in a letter to John Charlton when discussing his complaint that the HDOH failed to disclose what is required to be disclosed.
Mojitojoe has dropped hints, something about having original copy of the newspaper birth announcements. I hope he’ll correct me if I’m wrong, but he’s said something about that a few times. That it’ll come out when the time is right.

Godebert ~ That is incorrect. Natural-born citizenship requires both parents were U.S. citizens. Your son is NOT eligible to hold the office of POTUS as his mother was a foreign national.

Wow. When I read stuff like that I feel like our Republic is just over, done, toast, finito, gone.
Also, Lingle didn’t even get her facts straight, unless Fukino issued another statement saying Obama was born at Kapiolani. What she actually said is that they have multiple records for Obama’s birth and at least one of them claims he was born in Hawaii.
Obama won’t say whether he signed a letter on White House stationery and with a raised seal, saying he was born at Kapiolani. Why won’t he say that? If he didn’t sign it then it is almost certainly a forgery by his good buddy former Rep. Neil Abercrombie. So why won’t he just say he signed it, if he was really born at Kapiolani? There is absolutely no reason not to say that if he was born there, and saying it would help his buddy Abercrombie.
I guess I’ll be looking for Mojitojoe’s posts then.
Perhaps Lingle made this statement to make it easier for LTC Lakin to get the BC, as some of the information on it is now “public knowledge”.
The military cannot function if it doesn’t have a Constitutional commander-in-chief. Every soldier in harm’s way could be tried as a common criminal anywhere in the world if they are killing without valid orders.
If actually verifying the Constitutionality of the CIC (who has posted forged documents when his Constitutionality was questioned before the election) is too much to ask of the military leadership, then we deserve everything we’re going to get. But it sucks that lazy leaders who violate their oaths to defend the Constitution will destroy this nation.
Thanks for posting the letter. Unfortunately it indicates, at least in this instance, that some private information can still be wittheld:
“In this case, OIP has reviewed the Minutes and generally finds the matters reported related to Dr. Shon’s evaluation and dismissal would be matters protected under the UIPA’s privacy exception and, accordingly, BOE may withhold those portions of the Minutes.”
“However, OIP also finds that certain portions of the Minutes reflect matters no longer protected because they have been made public and because the public interest in disclosure of those matters outweighs Dr. Shon’s privacy interests.”
The question is what the OIP would consider has been made public in regard to Obama and what records could therefore be released and if any might also be legally withheld. Personally, I think there’s a much better opporunity for getting at the truth by having somebody sue Hawaii over these records than the lawsuits that have been filed against secretaries of states, election officials, Obama and whomever else has already been targeted.

I doubt they will get any support for this from the military, but I see no reason why they can’t pursue it separately under Hawaii’s UIPA laws. As far as I know, only one person has sued to get the records under the UIPA.
You are right on the money, Butter, it is both -- and possibly a third, which is the birth certificate issued after his adoption by Lolo Soetoro that was used to get him into school in Indonesia. "Barry Soetoro" may still be his legal name.
I used to think that. Once he was elected, though, I had to ask myself this: what could possibly be on the BC that would STILL be worth hiding? The answer - not much, other than citizenship issues. The public wouldn't care if Frank Davis, Malcolm X, or whoever was the real father, or if his religion was listed as Muslim, or whatever. Nothing but citizenship would matter at this point.
So, why's he still hiding it?
Bingo. Look at all the problems they had with the Fuct Check version. The had to pull back the high resolution version and replace it with a low rez version when it was pointed out that the high rez version lacked an embossed seal. Oddly enough the lower resolution showed that little detail, where the higher rez one didn't.
They are still stuck with a checked border that doesn't match authentic documents of the same revision letter and date.

Why? In Dreams he admits there's questions about a legal marriage. This is 2010 and parents not being married is, sadly, quite normal. MO has publicly stated that Ann was "very single" so that is not what he's hiding.
