'The question has been asked and answered, and I think we should all move on now'

..... the governor of Hawaii is now publicly voicing the alleged exact location of Obama's birth, saying "the president was, in fact, born at Kapi'olani Hospital in Honolulu, Hawaii"
The disclosure is believed to be the first time a state government official has declared the precise place where Obama was born, despite numerous other published claims, including some for a different hospital in Honolulu.
The remark came Sunday night when Gov. Linda Lingle, a Republican, was interviewed on New York's WABC Radio by host Rabbi Shmuley Boteach. (The subject was addressed at the 77-minute mark HERE.)

Thanks. There is much, much more to be reported also. The HDOH has done much worse than has been revealed so far. As have the media and other government entities. It takes forever to pin down with absolute proof what these crooks are up to because they won’t follow the laws in disclosing what they are required to disclose - probably because they know that disclosure would prove their guilt. But we already have evidence that there are more people in the Hawaii government who actively and deliberately participated in deceiving the public.
Here’s a thought: I wonder if LTC Lakin’s lawyers are planning to request Obama’s COLB directly from Hawaii as part of their defense. Hawaii would have a hard time claiming that they are protecting Obama’s privacy given that he has (supposedly) already made his COLB public by posting the image on the Internet. If they can get the COLB directly from Hawaii and if differs in any way (even just a digit) from what was posted online, then that should cause a firestorm of questions...
Too bad the Republicans supported the admission of HI as the 59th state, best to have left it at 49.
According to the statutes, vital records can be provided to a court of competent jurisdiction. Of course, that might be subject to interpretation, but at this point, it looks like if they want it, Hawaii would have to provide it.
Has anyone seen the birth announcement for the Nordyke twins? If it is true that the paper publishes data from the hospital announcements of births, one would think it would be on the same page as the 0bama announcement in The Honolulu Advertiser. (Unless some clever soul replaced their genuine announcement with a bogus modern one of, say, a prominent politician who needed some cover...)
OIP Opinion letter 06-07 says (p. 4) that Second, a matter no longer affects the privacy of the individual where it has been made public or has been published. Op. Atty Gen. What is going to happen when someone wants to run for president who was born of a mother who was artificially inseminated by an anonymous donor?
In a word, Bull S—T! LOL (2 words)
What does this moronic governor have to gain by fronting for this poser?
Because there is a long line of legal reasoning that says "natural born" means born in the USA, regardless of parentage.
"It is an established maxim that birth is a criterion of allegiance. Birth however derives its force sometimes from place and sometimes from parentage, but in general place is the most certain criterion; it is what applies in the United States; it will therefore be unnecessary to investigate any other.
James Madison, The Founders Constitution Volume 2, Article 1, Section 2, Clause 2, Document 6 (1789)
I really hope Lakin’s lawyers are planning to pursue this angle.
Brugmansian ~ Dr. Sapirstein attending.
Was Dr. Hill unavailable?
Hawaii only has to follow their rules if a judge makes them. Their own rules require them to give to anybody who asks for it a non-certified COLB for Obama (or anybody else). They just flat-out refuse, even after being shown that they must.
They are currently violating every rule known to man - and until we file and win a lawsuit (which I am sure would require appeals to get it beyond the reach of Hawaii judges who would protect Obama) they will go right on doing what they’re doing.
It is the most blatant FU I’ve ever seen from government anywhere.
If Lakin is allowed discovery that would probably count as a judge telling the HDOH they have to comply. So much depends on whether the military is willing to screw the nation just like eveybody else in a position of power.
The Nordyke announcement is in the Advertiser but not the Star-Bulletin - as were a lot of other births. What does that tell you?
It has to be the father that's the problem.
Lingle has no reason to lie, none at all. And Zero DOES have a legitimate zone of privacy, which, if it does not affect his NBC status he's entitled by perfectly Constitutional Hawaii statute to protect.
“Natural-born citizenship requires both parents were U.S. citizens.”
Evidence?
Read the argument in Wong Kim Ark:
http://www.law.cornell.edu/supct/html/historics/USSC_CR_0169_0649_ZO.html
Read what the Indiana courts held, and what has not been challenged by any state or member of Congress or Federal Court:
“Based upon the language of Article II, Section 1, Clause 4 and the guidance provided by Wong Kim Ark, we conclude that persons born within the borders of the United States are natural born Citizens for Article II, Section 1 purposes, regardless of the citizenship of their parents. Just as a person born within the British dominions [was] a natural-born British subject at the time of the framing of the U.S. Constitution, so too were those born in the allegiance of the United States [] natural-born citizens.

At an absolute minimum, no one can claim it is settled legal opinion that NBC requires both parents to be US citizens...
Mojitojoe has dropped some hints about the original birth announcements. I don’t know what he has up his sleeve but maybe he’ll drop another hint or two...?
to you, maam...
