A preliminary report into the Smolensk tragedy may become available Tuesday, or shortly following the Polish Prosecutor General's visit to Moscow on Wednesday.

The visit will also reveal if analysis of the final black box on board the doomed Tupolev Tu-154 is complete.

The General Prosecutor, Andrzej Seremet, will travel to Russia to familiarize himself with the Russian report on readings from the black boxes, while findings from an in-flight recorder tested in Poland will be turned over to Russian investigators.

Mr Seremet will not return to Poland with evidence relating to the Smolensk catastrophe. But his visit in Moscow is set to ensure the safest possible transfer of all related materials to Poland, his spokesperson said. “There will certainly be talk of deadlines and by which means materials should be transfered,” he added.

This is so incredibly disgusting... If Obama were not such an ineffective leader I don’t think the Neo-Soviets — I’m sorry COMMUNIST SOVIET B@ST@RDS wouldn’t be trying this stuff... Even if the name is not there, and these countries have the “feel” of being free, it is clear they are not TRULY free.

No former Russian country is safe, and... Oh, WHERE IS THE EU ON THIS??? NATO??? THE UN??? ANYONE??? Oh, that’s right Kaczynski’s opponent is running the show now... His PRO-RUSSIAN opponent, no less. I’m SURE he’s going to be forceful and effective in requiring Russia hand over the voice recorders, right?

This makes me sick... While Obama runs around bowing and poking, Putin is up to his old KGB tricks... AND, he said he was PERSONALLY responsible for this investigation, therefore he should PERSONALLY be held responsible for this incredibly outrageous behavior. No doubt shirtless somewhere enjoying a Cuban cigar, and some Vodka...

I’m sure this Russian report will be accurate in every way.
And I wear size 16 sneakers.

This means the transfer's been agreed in principle. No grounds to say that Russia won't hand the materials to Poland.

Russia agreed in principle to pull back to positions held before the beginning of the August war in Georgia. They lied. They’re liars. They never fulfill their promises. Nobody believes anything they say.

The type of ‘report’ Putin’s Kremlin shall issue will be along the lines of the same vicious lies the Kremlin has always maintained when it comes to Poland, and for that matter, anything else.

In my opinion, it is a celebration of the takeover of America, as the ‘leader’ has given them all the secrets they wanted and expects us to say thank you...............
