HONOLULU -- The man called the "King of the Birthers" is visiting Hawaii from Chicago and he's threatening to sue the state a second time over President Obama's birth certificate.
Andy Martin said he is not a birther, because he said he believes Obama was born in Hawaii. Birthers allege Obama was not born in the United States, and therefore is ineligible to be President.
In his bio, Martin describes himself as a legendary New York and Chicago-based muckraker, author, Internet columnist, radio talk show host, broadcaster and media critic. He is also a lawyer.

Martin threatened to sue the state, because state officials denied his request for internal communications involving the governor, her cabinet and others about President Obama's birth certificate, claiming their communications are protected by executive privilege. Very interesting. Hawaii can only try to claim "executive privilege" if there HAD been contact between the White House and the HI gov't regarding the birth certificate. So by claiming executive privilege" they are confirming the WH has had contact with them about it.

If the legal definition of ‘natural born’ is two citizen parents and only ‘natural born’ can be president....then Obama is not natural born. Don’t need a certificate to clarify that.
So...what is the problem?
Where is the hang up?

Andy Martin said he is not a birther, because he said he believes Obama was born in Hawaii. Birthers allege Obama was not born in the United States, and therefore is ineligible to be President.
That's only partially correct. The issue also extends to the fact BO's/ BS's father was a British subject since he was born in Kenya, that at the time was a British colony. British law automatically transfers citizenship to offspring upon birth. Therefore BO/BS is also a British subject.U.S. law at the time he was born did not allow dual citizenship.
U.S. law at that time also required a parent to have been physically present in the U.S. for at least 10 years, five of those years after the age of fourteen. This means BO's/BS's mother would have needed to be at least 19 to transfer citizenship. However she was only 18 when BO/BS was born and therefore could not transfer her citizenship to him.
Birther is a derogatory term used to discredit people who simply demand BO/BS obey Article 2 Section 1 of the Constitution. If he is a natural born citizen then why spend $2,000,000 dollars on a team of lawyers to prevent documentation being made public?

State Sen. Will Espero sounds like the typical politician who’s for it at the same time he’s against it. Glad to know he’s seen, touched, and verified this elusive BC that proves to those vexing mainlanders that the usurper was indeed born in Hawaii. But I question how he was able to see it when others can’t. Oh, never mind, it surely was granted through executive privilege, right, Senator?

I thought “executive priviledge” existed for governors too.

I thought executive priviledge existed for governors too. Does it? I wonder, can they clarify under whose "privilege" they're claiming protection under?

If the legal definition of natural born is two citizen parents and only natural born can be president....then Obama is not natural born.My question is no longer whether or not Obama is natural born or eligible, it's WHY is he hiding his natural born eligibility?

The problem is: We’ve been stuck bad!
The hang up is: We don’t have anyone with standing or balls to deport him and clean the slate of his legislation and secretive damages.

Correct. Obo published parental information in his biography BEFORE the election.
The BC makes for easy-to-understand "show & tell" for those who don't pay attention well. If a real BC shows he was hatched in Kenya -- all the more easy to argue "he is not even a citizen". The Natural Born Citizen thingy is harder for many to understand.
