Historians will have a field day with this guy. The word “interregnum” comes to mind as an appropriate adjective.

Who here DIDN’T see this coming? Barack the narcissist calling himself the salvation of these grieving miner families.

Is it even possible for this freak to get more disgusting?

The financial sector is, of course, the most regulated sector of the economy. The “Wall Street” he talks about are all rent-seekers. That is, they seek advantages based on government largess and regulation. Goldman Sachs’ business model involves getting former employees into high government positions.

We fought a war to free us from the dangers of too much government.

Hope he keeps a clear thought about this fact.

What exactly have the government bureaucrats been doing? I thought they were supposed to prevent this kind of thing.

"We've also clearly seen the dangers of too little government..."

He isn't even hiding it anymore. Obama is a clear and present danger to both the Constitution and our freedom. This will not end well.

This thread needs someone to post photos of all the things big government is really good at and really famous for.

- Like cattle cars filled with humans destined for the gas chambers.

- Like photos of the field in China in 1953 with thousands of headless bodies.

- Like photos from the starvation in the Ukraine

- Like photos of Soviet soldiers lining people up in front of a trench, 20 at a time, to be machine gunned into the trench.

- Like photos from www.therealcuba.com

Yes, Mr. Obama, the only thing Big Government is really efficient at is killing large numbers of people in the shortest period of time.

Does he diagnosis not enough Government for these problems?

The 6 million Jews sent to the gas chambers saw the dangers of too MUCH government.

As did the tens of millions sent to the Soviet gulags under Stalin.

As did the 70 million Chinese exterminated under Mao’s regime.

How does 0bama think America got to be so free and prosperous for the past 200+ years WITHOUT big government??

I really think this country needs an opt-in tax code, with a minimum of say 15%

All of these liberals who think taxes should be high ought to be allowed to give whatever they want to the government. I’ll even allow them to advertise their largess.

Just leave the rest of us the hell alone

We've also clearly seen the dangers of too little government

The Nazis declared that the state must have absolute power over every man and over every sphere of human activity. "The authority of the Fuhrer is not limited by checks and controls, by special autonomous bodies or individual rights, but it is free and independent,all-inclusive and unlimited".

Ernest Huber, an official Nazi party spokesman in 1933

Dear Imperial Leader of the Unicorn and Rainbow Utopia,

The Gubmint didn't prevent the Coal Mine Disaster or the Oil Spill Disaster.

Considering that YOUR Gubmint is full of power hungry Elitist Statists, I have serious doubts that YOUR Gubmint has any understanding of what OUR Republic even stands for.

You Sir, are the enemy of Freedom. You sir, are the enemy of everything Good and Unique about the United States of America. You sir, are the Problem, not the Solution.

Signed,
America
