Every last person in Congress needs to go, After the way Obamacare was rammed thru with all the little tricks they played. Every Last piece of legislation should be blocked til after January 2011. Instead they rolled over and I will not Vote for any Incumbent for any reason if they did not Actively Do everything possible to block every piece of legislation before either house. I predicted this days ago. The GOP cannot slam Wall St at the Goldman Sachs hearings and then go to the Senate floor and vote to block debate. Even the dumb public can see the hypocrisy in that strategy. Besides, McConnell didnt want to stay in DC to filibuster over the weekend and miss the Kentucky Derby.
The correct headline should read:

Sen. Shelby made no sense, IMO, when he said that since they have reached an impasse, they will allow the bill to go to the floor for discussion. Isn’t this exactly opposite of what should be happening? If they’re at an impasse, shouldn’t the bill be killed?
Democrats are the hypocrites here, making a bill that bails out Wall Street while bashing the same companies that gave them big $$$. (Obama got more Goldman Sachs money than any other candidate!)
This Dodd bill is another regulation over-reach. It’s sad people are bashing Republicans when they should direct the ire at Reid and Dodd and this horrible regulation-everything bill.
Every bill they write has the same recipe - big Government spending, control , regulation and bureaucracy. It kills jobs, innovation and our future.
Bust ‘em up; then they’re not too big to fail.
