I predicted this days ago. The GOP cannot slam Wall St at the Goldman Sachs hearings and then go to the Senate floor and vote to block debate. Even the dumb public can see the hypocrisy in that strategy. Besides, McConnell didnt want to stay in DC to filibuster over the weekend and miss the Kentucky Derby.

Democrats are the hypocrites here, making a bill that bails out Wall Street while bashing the same companies that gave them big $$$. (Obama got more Goldman Sachs money than any other candidate!)

This Dodd bill is another regulation over-reach. It’s sad people are bashing Republicans when they should direct the ire at Reid and Dodd and this horrible regulation-everything bill.
Every bill they write has the same recipe - big Government spending, control , regulation and bureaucracy. It kills jobs, innovation and our future.
