Go Arizona...Go Free Republic!

Favoring the constitutional right to bear arms over others’ concerns about gun safety, Gov. Jan Brewer on Friday signed into law a bill making Arizona the third state allowing people to carry a concealed weapon without requiring a permit.
The measure takes effect 90 days after the current legislative session ends, which likely puts the effective date in July or August.
“I believe this legislation not only protects the Second Amendment rights of Arizona citizens, but restores those rights as well,” Brewer, a Republican, said in a statement.

Take it from someone who used to live in AZ:
There's not much to do there besides look at the stunning beauty of the landscape...and golf in Scottsdale...Spring Training (over)...
If it's "City" attractions you're looking for, go elsewhere. There's not much in the "cultural attractions" category.
I'd not be surprised if some of that has to do with 1/2 mil illegals prowling the streets...

The oldest occupied town in America is on the Third Mesa on the Hopi Reservation. The town of Orabi has been occupied continuously by the Hopi for 900 years
It is worth a trip to Arizona to visit our oldest town.
Then there is monument valley....... fantastic beyond words.
Read the Tony Hillerman series of great detective stories and use them as your guide books. Buy the map of course, the Indian Country guide by the SCAAA
