City of San Francisco officials and the liberalazzi brigade are loving up their new deck of race cards. They are marching and huffing in the media that the nation needs to boycott anything from and to the state of Arizona to show politically-correct displeasure with the new Arizona immigration law. [snip]
Nationwide, the Rasmussen Poll reports most Americans stand with the governor of Arizona and with the people of Arizona.
60% of those polled by Rasmussen are in favor of police being able to stop and verify immigration status.
In Arizona, Rasmussen finds 70% of Arizonans polled are in favor of the new law, and a whopping 83% say the immigration law will be a deciding factor in how they vote this fall.

Arizona Chamber of Commerce Directory. Surely you can drill in here, find some businesses in Arizona and buy something from them online. Or better yet, call them to order, and tell them you are buying something today to show support for the state.
Sports columnist Dave Zirin says he wont write anymore about the Arizona Diamondbacks baseball team until the law is changed. Here is Zirins email: dave@edgeofsports.com. Pfft!
Arizona Governor Jan Brewer has put a petition on her campaign website asking for all those who support her position on immigration to sign. Show Jan some love.
Visit her page, by the way, where Governor Brewer did away with political correctness in her state and brought back Christmas trees and Hanukkah menorahs in state displays to replace the holiday trees and candlesticks. I love this woman.
Here is the Arizona Diamondbacks website. Heres their message board. Leave them a love-gram. Heres the place to buy a team souvenir.

I do believe this is the thread I was looking for...
Glockmeister.com is in Mesa AZ.
I ordered a coffee cup (cooool), a glock workmat and disasembly tool.
RE: “I think the sides are being drawn ... not only do we need to support Arizona but boycott the boycotters!
If California or the cities of LA and SF follow through with boycott threats lets return the favor and LET THEM KNOW WE WONT BE COMING TO CALIFORNIA UNTIL THEY MIND THEIR OWN BUSINESS!”

That’s the answer! I’m in L.A. and can tell you that if tourism is down this town will notice! Ditto for S.F. CA is broke and much of it is turning into a third world toilet. It sure would not help one bit if tourists STOPPED coming in protest of anti-AZ protests by some in CA.
Spread the word around — NO L.A. or S.F. until the leftists here STFU about their idiotic ‘boycott’ of AZ!
I think AZ is gonna be more crowded than normal with tourists from other states this summer!
Live in L.A. and thought about a ride up the coast to the Bay area — now, NOT going there! AZ here we come! Probably Flagstaff, Williams, Grand Canyon and Sedona.
I’m not clear on Arizona Highways magazine’s stance on this — seems they are NOT in favor of Brewer’s law enforcement tactics from some of what I’ve read on line. Saw some odd postings on those Facebook sites that are pro-AZ.
Before subscribing, I’d check it out carefully if I were thinking about a subscription.
Re: “Ask them. Chances are, theyre the good guys. Rasmussen said 70+ of the Arizona people they polled, support the new AZ enforcement law.”

Yes, feel them out quietly before making purchases — hint at the issue rather than asking straight out. But I suspect that even anti-bill Arizonans who happen to be business owners (is that even possible?) will soon be changing their tune about the bill. I’ve read that many “Dems” are now adopting a wait and see attitude instead of being adamantly against the bill.
RE: “COntact the mayor of SF and tell him of your change of plans.”
*************
Just did that — we’re in L.A. and I told him of our change in plans — from SF this summer to Northern AZ.
Then I said: “Adios”
Try saying that about CA, NY, FL, IL, ...
Actually, America, is owned by the states, not the other way around.
:)
Some enterprising person in Arizona should make up some message bumper stickers.
See if you can find one that says “I’d Rather Visit Arizona”.
And California conservatives might like one that says “I’d Rather Live in Arizona” or “I’m Moving My Company to Arizona”
And I want one that says “Is Gault’s Gulch in Arizona?”
bttt
I can imagine that all these boycotts are going to make Arizona even more conservative.
BTTT!
