I think this vote is to be a non-binding resolution (mentioned on last night’s TV show).
Then again, making PR citizens (who pay no taxes on federal welfare benes), or illegals citizens of the US—means they’ll pay into all the Fed/State/Local taxes...... SSI, etc. Maybe they don’t know that.
