She was first up on Hannity tonight and 100% supporting this law and Governor Brewer, she also spent the weekend down here with Brewer and they went to a Diamondbacks game together.

I guess you haven’t read the posts on FR then. Her position is plain an clear. In fact there is an article about her statements on FR at this moment. She is firmly for the law and against amnesty. I know you don’t want to hear that, being a frickin’ Romneybot but there it is, she said it loud and clear.

If Goldman Sachs is against it, then Meg Whitman is against it.

One of the worst candidates for governor.....ever. Except for Carly Fiorina.

Romney bought a home here to be on top of this election, She and Romney (and McCain) just did a tour, Whitman was on loan to the McCain campaign after Romney dropped out, Whitman first started donating to Romney in 1994.

“he bought a house — for $12 million — in the northern San Diego community of La Jolla. He traded a snowy commute for early morning beach strolls amid the dog walkers. And he’s become a familiar face at California political events, addressing the state Republican convention last month and campaigning on behalf of his former Bain Capital protege, Meg Whitman, a candidate for governor.

That prompted speculation Romney may want to run for one of California’s Senate seats or governor himself, but he laughs off the prospect.

“I wanted to be where I could hear the waves,” Romney said, despite living for most of his adult life on the Atlantic coast.”

Good.

Who cares what California thinks? They aren’t in a position to criticize anyone!

Who cares what California thinks?

You seem confused.

This isn't about what California thinks, it's about what Ms. Whitman's position is, regarding the new Arizona law.

Besides, tonight I saw on my Sacramento TV station’s local news that she did something naughty with Goldman Sachs on some stock transactions. Can’t recall the details, but I’m sure her opposition will make hay while the sun shines!!!

“Nothing like declaring your defeat before you run.”

Are you serious? With the electorat in CA her stand is a big plus. All we need yet is for Arnold to come out against the arizona law too.. if he han’t already.

“in the northern San Diego community of La Jolla”

I thought it was just above San Diego?

Speaking of McCain, what is Sarah Palin’s position on the new Arizona law?

A little odd, I haven’t heard a word regarding her position on this.

Sarah Palin came out in support of Jan Brewer and the Arizona bill. Sarah, her family, and Gov. Brewer had lots of photos at a baseball game together, with public statements before and after. The photos were all over the news and the internet.

You'd have to have worked real hard to miss them.

Try to keep up and read up thread...

Some of us have other things to do in life besides sit on our butts and gawk at Internet political forums.

I am glad to talk to someone from Arizona. I have been trying to do something about illegal immigration for years, I have even called all four border governors. I am very well read on the subject and have been reading americanpatrol for years. It really burns me up that someone like me who lives in Massachusetts knows more about what has been going on at the border than the politicians who live down there. After learning of the chaos along the border, I finally realized that The president, four governors and senators knew what was going on because the people who live in the border states have been telling them about it. But they deliberately looked the other way. This is nothing less than betrayal of the American people. The issue of illegal immigration really opened my eyes to the subtle corruption that is so widespread in this country. It is not just the really obvious ones like Blagojevich that are crooked. There is a widespread culture of deception in politics. The illegal immigration problem shows us how politics, special interests and media intersect in a good old boy network. When their interests are threatened, they circle the wagons and they can be very stubborn in their resistance.

We already know she is a deep RINO. I will vote in the primary for Poizner, Wittman will win, and I will be confronted with the evil choice of Wittman vs. Jerry “I am a socialist as dumb as Joe Biden” Brown.

Who do you think I am going to vote for?
