A man who authorities say has been deported several times is facing new illegal immigrant charges in Chattanooga Federal Court.
Salvador Rojas-Garcia was in a van along with seven other people that was stopped for speeding by a state trooper and Immigration and Customs Enforcement special agents on I-24 near Manchester last Wednesday.
Authorities said Rojas-Garcia was found to be "a prior deport with an aggravated felony conviction."
After a fingerprint check at the ICE Office of Investigations in Chattanooga, it was found that he had been arrested and convicted in March 1994 in Salt Lake City for possession of a controlled substance. He was placed into deportation proceedings on April 18, 1994.
Rojas-Garcia on Dec. 27, 1995, was again arrested in Salt Lake City under a false name. He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, trespassing and interference with an officer in the discharge of his duties.
On Jan. 12, 1996, he was arrested for immigration violations.
One Feb. 6, 2008, he was arrested for re-entry and he was deported to Mexico on May 13, 2008, via Nogales, Ariz.
McCain, Graham-nesty, Meg Whitman, Marco Rubio (Mel Martinez 2), Jeb Bush, Ed Koch, all Dems, Holder, Obama, Kyl support these criminals.
Anyone seen on this side of the border with that particular tattoo can be summarily executed by any US citizen, no questions asked.
Teach them not to come back.
So why don’t we secure the border? Stories like this are sickening.
Because illegals vote? Donks use them as slave labor to support their “causes” (ie, power)? Donks want to give them the vote (amnesty)?
All of the above?
Shoot a few dozen and the word will get out. Sounds harsh, but we have a country to save. I know I will get an overwhelming denunciation for this ... but we are at war, a war to save our country.

Also, both major parties want to attract the Hispanic vote. The party which is able to wrap that up, (like the dems did with the Negroes)will be in power for the next 30-60 years.
Conservatives who are against amnesty should be explaining how that actually is pro-hispanic, as well as pro-citizen. First of all, amnesty is an invitation to continue to exploit people(most of them Hispanic) and establish a form of slavery, that will continue to grow until the border is sealed, and illegal immigration becomes a thing of the past.
Point out how awful it is that Washington follows policies that encourage people to trek over deserts and risk life and limb to sneak over the border. Tell tales of those who have died trying, and how we need to shut down that lure of easily sneaking in. Whenever the unholy trinity(Obama,Reid, and Pelosi&their lap dogs)screech about civil rights violations, and how we need these workers, the reply should be that the dems favor policies that are designed to benefit the employers and exploit the Hispanic workers.
Find an employer who has illegals, who has given money to dems campaign. Tell the horrible stories about how exploited their workers are. Ridicule the dems for wanting to keep a permanent type of slavery available to their political cronies. etc etc.
Then tell how we can also stand up for our country and citizens by preventing the importation of drugs, thugs, felons and gangsters. Seal the border to prevent the Mexican drug war from spilling over into the US.
The last time the US got really serious about this issue (during the Eisenhower years) we shipped the illegals way down to southern New Mexico. When the illegals figured out that the Administration was serious, many of them left on their own.
Well, you get the idea. Explain the benefit to hispanics of enforcing the law and closing the borders. If successful with improving the Mexican border situation, then be prepared to seal the Canadian border and the coasts, because drug dealers will not just quit trying, and where ever the path of least resistance is, there will be the next route.

Yep, I didn’t hear it, but both sides have their reasons for the leislation they introduce (not just this issue), and what they say is the reason is doubtful.
I don’t see many of them in Washington really standing up to do what is right for their country and their constiuents.
So it has to be for their donors, chums, and hidden agendas. Either that, or the majority are as dumb as 6 boxes of socks.
Whatever the reason, the problem has been growing for decades without action by either party.

Back in 1997, when I was sentenced to 54 months in prison there were several illegals who had been deported after their terms of incarceration were in court. To a man (and one woman) they were all sentenced to 60 months in prison. Whatever happened to this?

I've been saying we need to treat people breaking into our country just like we would someone breaking into our home.

Actually WE are the slaves. WE pay the taxes, they get the goods.
WE have our money taken by the IRS and THEY usually pay nothing or don't claim any income because most are paid cash.

To shoot a few dozen seems rather discriminating. I’d recommend shooting any and all you find to eliminate both of these problems.
