Coffee wasn’t free, so no one came...

I got together with 3 of my friends the other night and watched some hockey. Suppose that merits news coverage, too?
If one of us was wearing a "Down with Conservatives" shirt, it might. To answer my own question.

I will bet that if he served beer instead of coffee, he would get more members.

Looks like some of their Flickr sites have been deleted. There was a shot on there that looked like a Munchkin’s reunion, I can’t find it now.

As the Coffee Party goes, so goes Obummer
To: george76
could it be because the “Tea Party” was a rebellion against taxes and leadership indifference and we are a nation of coffee drinkers as a result of that defiance?
Nobody like king Obama the first...

so that’s where the lefty rag got the 200,000
that means nothing when you have people from all over the world joining it
the far left are always delusional and always have ot ,make out that their weird far out agenda is popular when it is not.
it’;s like the place up in MA which is HQ for a bunch of far left groups who demonstrate at anything they do not like,.
They have about 40 names but all come under one group making it out there is loads of people with them.

Coffee does not grow when planted on astroturf but Tea thrives when planted among the grass roots.

The Tucson Coffee Party meeting leader back-pedaled when she discovered that the couple-dozen people who gathered were essentially angry Democrats. In their defense, I will note that the picture of the group shows only one wearing sandals and one with a beard. I cannot tell whether or not they smelled bad.

The real problem was that they supported coffee colonics as the way to fix America's ills.
Why this didn't catch on is beyond me.
Okay, that's not true. But it's as true as the lie that Tea Party antics back East were out of line, and the cause for a "Coffee Party" hoe down.
Next time I suggest they try decrapinated.
