Human life is God's most precious gift and the earth's most important and valuable resource. Our goal is to use Earth Day to get Americans to think more deeply about what it means to truly respect the Earth and creation, said Brian Burch, President of CatholicVote.org Education Fund.

Why are so many Catholics I know pro-abort? It doesn’t make sense, IMO. How did this happen?
They believed the leftist/liberal/secularist lies and ignored Christ and Truth!
Clever ad! Hijack Earth day from the tree-huggers!
I didn’t read the title very well and came in here expecting to see leftist earth worship double-talk.
Instead I found a refreshing reminder that human life is the real earth day moment.
Support life!
Good one...
AGREED!
Earth Day 2010 - Celebrate Human Life
AND END ABORTION!
They wanted to be “nice” and not impose their views on others. Who are they to judge someone, after all?
The “I’m ok, you’re ok” tolerance thing is what did it. They also have a problem explaining why they are Catholic, as opposed to Buddhist or something, because that would mean that you’re judging the other religions as “less than”, and after all, “we’re all God’s children”.
It’s really exasperating, I can tell you.
before or after I burn a stack of tires??
FU Earth day!

Thanks TaraP.
They were immediately curious, and asked, “What is it that makes you so happy?” And so I told them, “For one thing, as a Catholic I believe that I can go into any Catholic church and sit with Jesus in person just as the Apostles did. In fact, I know it's true! I know He's truly present, Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity, under the appearance of Bread, in the Tabernacle, and for that reason alone, I would never ever leave the Church.”
They asked me a few questions, which I answered, and then I said I had to get going, but thanks for stopping by, God bless you. And they left with smiles and God bless yous, and an air about them of having been uplifted. It was a movement of the Holy Spirit - no doubt about it. :-)
Keep earth green - choose life!
