Approaching apocalypse: Will Obama docs surface?
World Net Daily ^ | April 20, 2010 | Bob Unruh

The defense attorney for an officer refusing Army orders until Barack Obama documents his eligibility to be commander in chief has hinted that the president's proof of eligibility could come up during the course of the government's prosecution of his client.

"In the UCMJ (Uniform Code of Military Justice), just as you would expect, criminal defendants have the process of the court, for subpoenas and depositions under the rules that are prescribed," attorney Paul Jensen said during an interview today on the radio show of G. Gordon Liddy.

Jensen was on the program with his client, Lt. Col. Terry Lakin, who posted a YouTube video inviting his own court-martial because he believes military orders under an ineligible president are illegal, and then posted a letter telling Obama that it's up to him to provide the proof.

"I'm not going to say what we are going to do other than we are going to do what you would want us to do," Jensen said.

He specifically avoided broadcasting any specific defense strategy for the case that is developing against Lakin – confirming that the officer was told in writing on Monday that he now has been "flagged" by the military and charges are expected to be filed soon.

eck and O’ Reilly are so far off base when they say something moronic like, “Yeah, sure ... and his parents placed the ads in the newspapers so that one day their son could run for president.”

____________
When anyone says that it it makes me think they are either in the tank or complete and utter morons.

Beck and O' Reilly are so far off base when they say something moronic like, “Yeah, sure ... and his parents placed the ads in the newspapers so that one day their son could run for president.”

Of course that's stupid. That's not how it unfolded and being the POTUS certainly wasn't the motive in 1961.

The motive was likely Welfare and other government support

I think he is one of perhaps a thousand or so agents born, bred, and trained to work their ways into positions of power to damage and ultimately cause the downfall of the United States.

Our enemies are patient, well funded, and have deep seated fanatical hatred of freedom and liberty.

The old Soviet Union, Communist China, and Our Dear Friends, the Saudis have had every reason to work towards the end of American power.

With the full resources of a determined nation-state, and/or unlimited petrodollars, and recognizing that no one has the ability to defeat the US in a head-to-head battle, they had the ability and the motivation to try something more subtle.

For such it would be a trivial exercise to train thousands or even tens of thousands of agents to work their ways into various positions of power to sap our strength.

They studied us for decades, found our weaknesses (exploitable Constitutional protections of freedom of speech, separation of church and state, sensitivity to calls of racism, fundamental sense of fair play, etc.) and devised methods to exploit each one.

Whats the cost of inculcating hate and radicalism into a pliable young mind? How does that compare to the cost of a single B-2 bomber? How many B-2's do we have? More importantly, how many agents do they have? What levers of power are they holding? How many of "our" professors, law clerks, judges, politicians, soldiers, reporters, rabble rousers, preachers, or? are working in their own little ways to weaken us?

It would be silly to think that Obama was selected from birth to be anything so grandiose as an American president. He was just a disaffected child abandoned by his parents, raised by his communist grandparents, and steeped in the fundamentals of Islam who was groomed to harm America in his own little ways.

Did anyone imagine in their wildest hopes and expectations, that a mere community organizer would manage to get the ultimate lever of power? Nope. He succeeded beyond their wildest hopes and expectations (perhaps they believe it was as allah wills?) .

Small wonder they are scrambling so hard to hide every detail of his life! He was never expected to get this kind of scrutiny, he was supposed to be a cypher, not a superstar! That we are putting his life under a microscope risks blowing their whole operation.

We wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

Never been more true than now.

“This doesn’t make sense. Bozo was still elected and sworn in as president. Even assuming that Bozo is ineligible to serve, that doesn’t invalidate the law. His actions as president are still authoritative.”

> in fact, its called a logical fallacy.

LOL ... more Middle School debate terms. A more apt term would call it an argumentum ad logicam. As such, it doesn't mean it's not far from reality. In fact, when you tally multiple attorneys on Obama's legal team, droves of cute legal assistants, and a sh*t-load of reimbursables (First Class air travel, conference calls, copies, postage, etc), $2M is likely an under-estimate.

Remember, approximately 60 lawsuits: some defeated, many in Appeal. And defending a president (or candidate) doesn't come cheap.

At first, the Obama Campaign paid for the lawyers, up until about August 2008 when he won the DNC nomination. Then, the DNC paid the retainer until about November 2008, when he became the (de-facto) President-elect. Since then, YOU & I have been picking up the tab from the US Attorneys Office and any other outsourcing, defending the "Office of the President of the United States." And guess what — the hourly rate for these Armani-clad Attorneys is NOT a measly $150/hr in these 60 lawsuits ... and you can bet they double-bill!

The argumentum ad antiquitatem seems to be that a candidate in doubt need not show his so-called birth certificate in court once he's POTUS because NO OTHER president has had to do so. But Obama is the POTUS now, and no president's Eligibility has EVER been questioned by the Public as much as Barack Hussein Obama's.

An argumentum ad populum and argumentum ad numerum does not an Eligible President make, and yet that's EXACTLY what happened! Was Obama's Eligibility vetted ... REALLY?! Of course not!

ONLY the FactCheck WonderTwins saw the so-called "proof".

Joe Miller has a Ph. D. in Political Philosophy.

The reliance on the Certification is a factitious post hoc ergo propter hoc argument. The Hawaii Certification is an abbreviated Abstract of the original Birth Certificate, missing more than HALF the data fields of the original certificate, particularly the attending physician, physical location of birth, Registrar Date of ACCEPTANCE, etc.

People are going to laugh at your theory, but I won’t and you may be closer to the truth than many think.

These aren't my theories--but I am sure of one thing: something critical is on those Hawaiian records, something Obama has gone to great lengths to hide. I don't know what it is, but it has motivated him and his supporters to bury whatever truth is there.

If your speculation were true, then 0bama would not have gone with Stanley Ann to Indonesia to get adopted by Lolo Soetoro.

Stanley Dunham sounds rather useless; wife Madelyn seems to be the one who supported the family. Madelyn may have gotten fed up with raising Stanley's love child, and forced her daughter to take on raising him for as long as possible.

I really have no idea what the truth is, but since Obama has kept his life tightly locked up, there is something in the documentation that would be a major problem to his political self. He's hiding something.

To: null and void; RaceBannon

Remember when Race Bannon met him in Honolulu and he told Race that he was born in Mombasa, and that he wanted to be President.

The thing that freaks me about that is not that he admitted he was born in Mombasa, but that even at 18 or 19, he wanted to be President.

He acted like a slacker druggie and yet wanted to be President. Usually ambitious kids that age that want to be movers and shakers work hard at school, join clubs, etc. They don’t hang out smoking dope.

That makes me think that he was being groomed from a younger age than say his 30s. It is extremely creepy.

Courtesy ping to Race Bannon.

This does not sound familiar.

Don't the airlines have regulations about NOT flying pregnant women close to delivery or very young infants? I've wondered about this because Stanley Ann supposedly was in Washington state about 3-4 weeks after giving birth.

I've wondered about the Kenyans who are so sure he was born there. Surely they cannot ALL be liars? Unlike Hawaii, isn't there a hospital in Kenya with a plaque on it indicating Obama was born there?

Sometimes, I have to wonder if this guy is an alien Pod Person. He does tend to laugh at the wrong things.

Oh, wow ... yeah they have gone apesh!t, haven't they. LOL

Just wait when they realize that they don't know Obozo as well as they think they do once the truth comes out.

Then, just like with the Blue Dress when "Bill Clinton is not having sexual relations" became "it's a personal matter", the conversation will change with Obama.

Once they realize cries of "RACIST" doesn't work anymore, it'll be about "well, natural-born citizen doesn't have that definition anymore."

THEN the conversation will turn to "Well, it's about TIME we had a foreign President anyway! We've been so jingoistic and narrow-minded!"

(That reminds me of a conversation with a BO voter last year. She'd mused aloud that the U.S. economy had tried capitalism for so long, "now maybe it's time to try socialism." I kid you not, she really said this.)

Race told his story - gosh, two/three months ago? If you freepmail him he’ll direct you. It’s extremely interesting and I am 100% sure it is factually correct and true.

I will admit that since early summer 2008 I have been totally obsessive reading every thread I can on the eligilibty topics. I think it very likely if not practically certain he was born in Mombasa. For a variety of reasons. Who his parents are - I think Ann is his mother. The chin. There were witnesses - some missionaries - who saw a white woman wanting to board a plane in Kenya, very pregnant - a bit of a scene - she was not let on the plane.

These missionaries were murdered a year or two ago, in Kenya. Someone drove up, blocked their car, and shot two missionary women, a mother and her daughter. They had been willing to testify, maybe had made statements.

There are so many other reasons.

There’s a freeper named David - you can search his name - he doesn’t post much, he seems to have a good deal of inside info, he says he has seen evidence that proves without doubt that 0bama was born in Kenya. I’m not going to courtesy ping him just to save him trouble; but if you’re interested check his comments. Probably the first two pages will have comments about this. He doesn’t post a lot, he’s also an old time on FR.

I better go to bed....

Good night!
