PHOENIX (AP) -- The Arizona House on Monday voted for a provision that would require President Barack Obama to show his birth certificate if he hopes to be on the state's ballot when he runs for re-election.
The House voted 31-22 to add the provision to a separate bill. The measure still faces a formal vote.

Good deal.
I think this is an excellent idea. I hope Texas does something similar.
I thought Darkwolf was calling Glenn Beck a birther, along with Obama and all the others who want this issue to go away without showing the long form. I guess I need to go back and re-read his post.
Did you read where McLame has suddenly got religion on tough border control? Liar.
Yes he does. You obviously have not read the case.
No, that's not what I'm suggesting. If you want to know what I am suggesting, go read my post again.
That is simply not true.
His adoption is almost certain (see the language in the divorce records).
I saw them. As far as I can tell they are silent on the matter. What makes you think they are definitive proof?
I’ve read the case and cited the exact definition several time from the case. I stand by my previous statement.
“If you could end all of this by simply showing some papers, why don’t you?”
If he has a legit BC, then he has no respect for the American people, military, or the constitution. Just being a scumbag.
According to your PDF, Bauers' law firm, Perkins Coie, received payments from "Obama for America".
It is here that you decide, without proof, what those payments were for. You even admit that the law firm was working to defend Obama from legal entanglements with Rod Blagojevich.
There is absolutely no proof from the document you created that shows how the lawyers hours were broken down by case.
So unless you can get documents from the law firm that shows how the lawyers billed their hours to what case...it is speculation.
Plus the people who work for the Department of Health in Hawaii. He's forced them to make excuses and carry water for him over the last 677 days that the original birth certificate has been held hostage.
No it does not.
"It thus clearly appears that, by the law of England for the last three centuries, beginning before the settlement of this country and continuing to the present day, aliens, while residing in the dominions possessed by the Crown of England, were within the allegiance, the obedience, the faith or loyalty, the protection, the power, the jurisdiction of the English Sovereign, and therefore every child born in England of alien parents was a natural-born subject unless the child of an ambassador or other diplomatic agent of a foreign State or of an alien enemy in hostile occupation of the place where the child was born.
"III. The same rule was in force in all the English Colonies upon this continent down to the time of the Declaration of Independence, and in the United States afterwards, and continued to prevail under the Constitution as originally established."
But of course, you already have seen that passage in the SCOTUS opinion, so I predict you will continue to ignore it, or dismiss it as dicta, or impugn the character of Justice Gray, or whatever is the birther response de jur.
“If you could end all of this by simply showing some papers, why don’t you?”
Perhaps because he DOES NOT have the “papers” ??
(simplest answer is the best).
"Every citizen or subject of another country, while domiciled here, is within the allegiance and the protection, and consequently subject to the jurisdiction, of the United States. His allegiance to the United States is direct and immediate, and, although but local and temporary, continuing only so long as he remains within our territory,...and his child, as said by Mr. Binney in his essay before quoted, "if born in the country, is as much a citizen as the natural-born child of a citizen, and by operation of the same principle." It can hardly be denied that an alien is completely subject to the political jurisdiction of the country in which he resides -- seeing that, as said by Mr. Webster, when Secretary of State, in his Report to the President on Thrasher's Case in 1851, and since repeated by this court,...
Justice Gray shows us that Wong ARK would only be native born and NOT natural born. Gray did not dare go as far to call Ark a natural born citizen.
