This “millions spent by Obama’s lawyers” is just another self perpetuating birther myth. There is no proof.

Oh, Really? No proof, huh?

Read this from the Federal Elections Commission, and weep Obama-lover -- that's $2,161,155.11 -- to prevent the American People from seeing a "birth certificate."

Obama Campaign disbursements to Perkins Coie

All that proves is the the campaign had legal fees, and they used Perkins Cole. You have absolutely no proof that a dime of that money was spent on birther lawsuits.

Unless I'm missing something... In the PDF, you set up the premise that Bob Bauer was hired by Obama as a "birther lawyer".

According to your PDF, Bauers' law firm, Perkins Coie, received payments from "Obama for America".

It is here that you decide, without proof, what those payments were for. You even admit that the law firm was working to defend Obama from legal entanglements with Rod Blagojevich.

There is absolutely no proof from the document you created that shows how the lawyers hours were broken down by case.

So unless you can get documents from the law firm that shows how the lawyers billed their hours to what case...it is speculation.
