There aren't a lot of African-American men at these events, NBC News reporter Kelly O'Donnell, a white woman, told Darryl Postell, a black man at a Tea Party rally held Thursday in Washington, DC, pressing him, in an exchange she chose to include in her NBC Nightly News story, to address her prejudiced assumptions: Have you ever felt uncomfortable? Postell rejected her loaded premise that race must divide Americans: No, no, these are my people, Americans.
O'Donnell's story noted skepticism over how the Tea Party is judged and labeled, letting an attendee assert: We're not racists, we're not any of the above that people claim us to be. We're ordinary citizens that love our country, and we're fighting for it. O'Donnell soon wondered if it all may peter out, asking a man in the crowd: Do you think this has enough energy to really last to November and to make a difference?

Those who play “identity” politics would not even consider him to be a “genuine” black man.
just collaborators....
Why doesn’t she ask Al Roker that question?
Have you ever felt uncomfortable?
The right answer would have been - “Yeah. Right now. Your question makes me uncomfortable”.
One of the best posters my son and I saw at the DC party was, “The “N” word is NOVEMBER!”

There aren't a lot of African-American white men at these events, NBC News reporter Kelly O'Donnell, a white woman, told Darryl Postell, a black white man at a Tea Party Homecoming Pep rally held Thursday in Washington, DC, pressing him, in an exchange she chose to include in her NBC Nightly News story, to address her prejudiced assumptions: Have you ever felt uncomfortable? Postell rejected her loaded premise that race must divide Americans: No, no, these are my people, Americans.
I’m sure Lil’ Kelly was disappointed in the answers she received. I really believe these liberal reporters expect the activists they interview to come right out and say, ‘why, yes - we’re nothing but a bunch on inbred, Bible-thumping, right-wing rednecks who want nothing to do with them there minorities..’
If these morons were on the Titanic they would have been asking who supplied the deck chairs.
True. Black conservatives are denigrated by black liberals and the media. It is hard for some people to believe that we love our Constitution and our Country and do not like the direction Obama is taking us.
Just damn.
Maybe this guy didn’t get the memo that he was Black and had to avoice Tea Party rallies.
Come Nov., a demococRAT may become an extinct species.
She’s not hot enough to work for Fox.
With remote in hand and much trepidation I watched all three alphabet networks nightly national news presentations.
On a day when many Americans where focused on taxes and tyranny, all three networks chose to lead with a story of an ash cloud over their glorious mother land Europe. Spending 5 to 7 minutes talking to experts and bubble-headed color commentators, using computer generated graphs and schematics.
When they did get to the story I wanted to see they spent all of 20 -30 seconds and the news jockeys seemed to be dumbfounded and disappointed.

You are much more likely to find a Democrat under the Klan robes;been that way for 140 years.
Why the hell would he feel "uncomfortable"??
These people make me sick....
I was hoping for a lifetime politician being extinct. What do you think?
Oh, I’m clear on that...just a little humor.
Kelly O’Donnell used to make a good living being the young, fresh face of network news. She ain’t so young and fresh anymore... Unfortunately, she doesn’t have the brains or talent to succeed on anything other than her looks.
