Sarah Palin Opens Door to Running With Mitt Romney Against Obama in 2012

Boston, MA -- Sarah Palin, the pro-life superstar who was John McCain's running mate in 2008, opened the door yesterday at a Tea Party event appearance to running with potential 2012 presidential candidate Mitt Romney. Palin has been keeping herself in the limelight since the last election by writing a book and appearing on television and numerous events.

true though she will be criticized for her resignation, even though she had good reasons. Romney btw did not accept a salary as MA gov (get what you paid for? his lt gov, who also has lots of $, also turned down payment for her time and
services)

These threads liven things up here. I thought it might be boring after the Palin AZ (campaign) tour was over.

But Sarah Palin is news and the MSM cant wait to get her on camera.

Exactly. Reagan called it the 11th Commandment.

Sarah Palin, the pro-life superstar ...

Steven Ertelt, Sarah Palin is NOT, and I repeat NOT a pro-life superstar. She openly believes in artificial birth control, and thus takes herself out of the running for any type of "superstar" status in that regard. In fact, it was artificial birth control that led us to the rabid abortion stats we now have. Please read Humanae Vitae. Also see The Pill Kills.

And note to Sarah Palin: Mitt Romney is the only Republican my husband and I would NOT vote for.

Jindal 2012.

>>Nothing is worse than what we have now, nothing.<<

That’s the problem — if she runs with Romney, we will get 4 more years of what we have now.

How sad for America. So many hopes were pinned on her! If this is the RNC’s joke, it is not funny! We’d better get on our knees and pray for someone like Duncan L. Hunter to come to the aid of his country! And soon!

That was just part of his trying to buy his way to the presidency. Not a bad gesture, but he always had ulterior motives in MA—as also seen in the way the state suffered on and after his watch. He puffed himself all up over Romneycare, and it’s been a disaster.

Just how do you think Ronald Reagan would have responded to such a question? My guess, exactly the same way.

Remember, the Reagan 11th commandment?

That wouldn’t be so bad if Nitt had a massive coronary 30 minutes after he was sworn in.

Did I just say that?

Scoff all you want, but a Palin/Romney ticket could win, and win big.

Colorado, Nevada, New Hampshire, Michigan — those are all states that Obama won, and would likely lose to a P/R ticket.

Add to that the states that will likely flip back no matter who’s the candidate — like Virginia, Florida, and Ohio.

That’s pretty much the election right there.

Sarah has already lost points in my book, for her whole endorsement of McCain, so if it’s true that she may run with Romney...than she’s lost me.

Damn....isn’t there ANYONE who can steer clear of RINO’S?

Frankly, I don’t understand the vitriol against Romney on this board.

Positive opinions about Romney among both Republicans AND Democrats have increased by eight points since early 2008. Among Republicans, Romney has made identical nine-point gains in favorability among conservative Republicans AND moderate and liberal Republicans; currently, 61% of conservative Republicans and 52% of moderate and liberal members of the GOP express positive opinions of Romney.

For some of the members of this board to paint Romney as “too liberal” or “not conservative enough” seems a bit radical to me. Sure, he’s not the perfect candidate for us, but he’s electable, and may be the only one we can run against Obama’s Acorn machine in ‘12 that is.

I’m no fan of Romney, but you can’t possibly think he is as bad as the socialist Kenyan. Seriously -

I also have to ask WTF do they KEEP putting up the same old candidates? WHY????

Romney already had his chance and we said NO.

McCain had his chance and we said NO!

Huckabee had his chance and we said NO.

Of 300 million people in America, WTF can’t we get NEW people on the list? I just don’t get that.

These people are literally INSANE, in that they keep putting up the same people, the same plans, and expecting different results. NEW PEOPLE PLEASE!!!
