went to Bella Vista to gather signatures for the Secure Arkansas ballot initiative that stops illegal aliens from getting taxpayer funds. Here is what happened.
I went to Bella Vista Christian Church at 7am to setup and gather signatures. The election staff allowed me to stay, and even signed the petition themselves. Later, an election commissioner came and told me I had to move to 100 feet from the door, which I did. Later she came with a measurement tape and told me I had to move a little further. As I was preparing to move again, I was told that another Secure Arkansas member was being harassed by Leftist "Christians" at the Bentonville Church of Christ. When I arrived, I was told the ministers had left. I took some pictures and got some information. Then a call came which stated that leftist were removing signature gatherers from their property. Bella Vista Baptist Church had forced one of our volunteers to leave, so I went there to gather signatures, while staying 100 feet from the door and documenting any incident.
Election Official Robert Swogger came out yelling at me and asked me to come inside while he called the sheriff. I told him if I was too close to the door, that he can measure to see, I then went inside. Robert simply ignored me and refused to talk to me. Karen Swogger came to me and said that 100 ft was outside their property, I told her to get the measuring tape to be sure. She walked away. Robert then came out and tried to pick with fight me and harass me at the same time. He read the rules on what not to do at a polling location, but failed to mention that those rules applied to within 100 ft. of the door. He then accused me of being too close. I told him again to get the measuring tape to see how far I am.
Tim Cook, Captain of the Bella Vista Police Department, came and told me that the polling location was "private property". When I told him that this was public property on election day, he stated that it was private property. I told him that calls were being made to clear up the issue, but Officer Cook refused to listen. I was told that if I did not leave, that I would be arrested. I left and went to a nearby parking lot. I later got the call that Benton County Election Commissioner Bill Williams had ordered all polling places to allow Secure Arkansas petitioners to gather signatures.
I returned to Bella Vista Baptist Church where the 100 ft area had been marked like it was supposed to be. Robert and another election official would come out to watch me. I waved at them, but they never walked over to apologize or offer any explanation on why they were so wrong in what to do at polling places. I had called the Bella Vista Police Department about the Commissioner ruling, they simply said they got the update, but never apologized for their mistake either.

Find out who that cop is and have a lawyer write a complaint letter to the PD. Better yet, talk to the lawyer about a suit against the police for violating your civil rights pertaining to elections.

This is typical of our public masters.
They look down on the subjects. Our small town is filled with public masters who look down on us and act with contempt.
I despise almost all of them.
They are extremly highly paid with money stolen from others by threat. Construction is dead so I took a eight dollar an hour job to feed my family. I bring home 520 every two weeks. Most public masters have health plans that cost a grand a month.
I have gone to county, city meetings in my area and seen first hand the mocking and sneers made to citizens.

it is obvious that the left have been infiltrating churches and setting up so called churches to get their free tax status.
They do not preach the word of God but meet to talk about how to take over areas near them.
Even one elderly lady off here fell for it by saying she got to know a homosexual at her church where he joined lately and he is nice so he told her that eh wants to marry and now she has no problem.
