Conservative superstar Sarah Palin opened the door today to joining forces with Mitt Romney for a 2012 White House run - a hot ticket that has some Republicans licking their chops at the prospect of unseating President Obama.
Sounds pretty good, Palin declared at todays Tea Party Express rally on the Common when asked about pairing up with the former Bay State governor - giving the idea a big thumbs-up as she left the stage after her headline speech.
Earlier tonight, as Palin stopped for cannoli at Mikes Pastry in the North End, she said she was serious about the idea.

The best lies are told with threads of truth.
This is likely one of those threads of truth.
“Indeed, Palin said she hasnt decided whether shell run in 2012 - with or without Romney.”
I don’t believe ANYTHING from the media. I’ll wait to hear what Palin has to say from her own mouth.
Check out my post #59, Gator. You’re right and the video is right on the Herald’s web site.

People gotta learn..they keep making the mistake over and over again by believing everything the liberal media tells them. That is why I did not believe the story, which is why I am glad that the video shows EXACTLY what she said
There’s no delusion so powerful as self-delusion.
So...like....she’s gonna say “MITT ROMNEY!” make a face, and say “Yuck!”
I don’t think so.
As I’ve posted before it’s called wait and see. Plenty of time yet, and no need to get ones dander up so early in the game as Obama has that covered daily, hourly.
It smelled from the start.
I love it when great minds come together to ferret out the truth. ;>)
The good-looking conservative is joining forces with the merely good-looking?
It is good to be right.
With what all is going on, folks can get a little punchy. I believe it’s going to take all of us working together to keep this ship on course.
Did you see the video..she was laughing as he asked her..but seriously, I don’t care. Believe what you want..I’m concerned with November, not some election in 2012, let’s take this country back first
I only have one problem with Mitt (two really I guess). As far as I’m concerend, he dodged the draft by moving to France to do Missionary work for his church. As a prior serviceman, I would have a hard time respecting him in any way. Then there’s the issue of his five sons, not one of whom has ever donned a military uniform. The more I think about it, the more disgusted I become with him and the thought of voting for him. Surely we can do better.
Romney/Palin in 2012 would be GREAT!!! except the Romney part. Palin/Romney might work, though, except for the Romney part.
People are gonna believe what they want to believe. I saw the video, she couldn’t even keep a straight face when she was answering the question. Mitt was the Governor of Mass, what did people expect her to say “Mitt sucks.” Reminds me of the “Controversy” about Sean Hannity calling the tea party activists “McVeigh wannabes” he was clearly being sarcastic but some actually believed he meant it
I don’t think We The People are in the mood for a RINO who shoved DeathCare down the throats of his constituents.
As a “conservative” Romney would conserve and “improve” what the Kenyan has wrought. He would have to make RomneyCare more efficient than the Soetoro version of it. SinglePayer would be staffed with people from Bizness, Goldmansachsians probably to make it more efficient at cutting off unproductive old folks.
We do not want nor need Mitt the Liberal anywhere near the nomination. If he is, then I will not vote. I learned my lesson the last time around. Why would anyone support a liberal?
I don’t even want to think about it. I’m gonna try to think about the mid terms instead. 2012 is a long ways away.
Mitt Romney is a flip-flopping socialist bum!
Some people just don't get the TEA Parties. RINO Romney is just more of the same. Dump him!
I thought his wikipedia entry was hilarious:
Romney also had a solid political pedigree courtesy his father, a strong work ethic and energy level, and a large, wholesome-looking family.[98][99] ... Moreover, with his square jaw, handsome face, white teeth, and full head of dark hair greying slightly at the temples, Mitt Romney looked like a president.[103][31][104] Romney's liabilities included having run for senator and governor in one of the nation's most liberal states, having taken positions there that were opposed by the party's conservative base, and subsequently shifting those positions.
Sounds like the man for the job.
