Special army unit ready to be deployed on American soil (by October)

In October of this year, one month prior to the November midterm elections, a special army unit known as 'Consequence Management Response Force' will be ready for deployment on American soil if so ordered by the President.

According to the Army Times,

They may be called upon to help with civil unrest and crowd control or to deal with potentially horrific scenarios such as massive poisoning and chaos in response to a chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear or high-yield explosive, or CBRNE, attack.

The key phrase is 'may be called upon to help with civil unrest.'

This afternoon a local radio talk show host reported that he had been in contact with a member of the military. This military source stated that the armed forces have been alerted to the strong possibility that civil unrest may occur in the United States this summer, prior to the midterm elections of 2010.

Firstly, the of this article is unknown to me. Hence, I have no way to evaluate its credibility. However, I note the article was reporting a "radio host" reporting a "military source." The aforementioned makes me suspicious.

Of interest is the fact that deployment is reported for October, just before election. I tend to believe that the Democrats will crush the Republicans this fall. The crushing will come through massive election fraud. A lot of people are counting on a Republican landslide this fall and they will be undestandably enraged by the corruption taking the election. Further, the Democrats will pull a Pelosi and with large grins march arm in arm to the Capitol. This rage may trigger the fighting-which is coming anyway. Troops will fire on their fellow Americans-remember the Civil War!

As a retired NCO/Officer the reports that they would fire or march sharply toward the crowd with fixed bayonets is crap. Today’s officers and enlisted troops are a lot more intelligent and informed as well as closely connected to the general population than what has gone on in the distant past such as Dugout Doug leading troops against the Bonus Army. The time of mindless charges against reinforced positions such as Galipoli are gone because military members at all levels are now volunteers, still connected members of the civilian population and better educated than ever before.

The Zimbardo experiments were just that, isolated experiments that had carefully laid out parameters.

I throw in the stuff on conformity etc.

Throw in demonic forces.

Throw in a bunch of other stuff I’d rather not get into.

I’m just not near as convinced as you are.

Ranking military officers past the rank of Colonel are generally politically appointed, they’re a crapshoot. That does not imply in any way that their orders, if illegal or directed against U.S. citizens, would be followed. You bet, the majority of U.S. troops would fire on citizens in this case either knowing that they might be firing on friends and family or that other units might be firing on their friends and family. This is not the Soviet Army but thank you for your confidence in and support of our troops. </sarcasm>

This is a TWO YEAR OLD story being rehashed and inaccurately reported by a blogger. Look at the date on your story link. It is from 2008.

Everyone is getting their panties in a wad over something that happened in 2008, before the last presidential election. All the stories linked in the blog post are from 2008, none of them are from 2010.

The Examiner is a pay per click blogging site, not a reputable news source.

Several years ago hereon, I asked a recently retired NAVY CAPTAIN—full bird—what percentage of the officer corps he estimated were globalists.

He said 30%.

IGNORANCE AND DENIAL ARE NOT PATRIOTIC AND ARE NOT SUPPORTIVE OF OUR TRULY PATRIOTIC MILITARY PERSONNEL.

A multiplicity of sources—a chunk from FREEPERS THEMSELVES—are all over the water front in terms of their assertions. That indicates, to me, that the true situation is more than a little complex and probably fairly unpredictable.

Thank You, but it is mostly life experience speaking. People have different lives and most of truly want our troops to be noble and thoughtful and be loyal to the people of the country. It will be a tragedy if something happens to that trust.
