It is not that the thing is from China ... you can understand this, can't you??

You think progressive journalists would get themselves into pretzel shaped formations if Disney world start selling..........
Oh, let’s say.......... gadsden flags?
Tea party protester dolls?
I’d bet it would become a huge deal.

My husband bought a Gadsen flag yellow tee shirt at EPCOT last fall in the American section of the World Showcase. It’s Disney-licensed merchandise. We jumped on it.

I'm pretty much done with Beck, he's become "Mr. Gloom and Doom"..."Mr. Victim", and it ruins my evening to watch him.

I do not find the Glenn Beck show mood altering. I am still optimistic as I walk with my Lord Jesus Christ. I appreciate the vital information available on his show. Mr. Beck does not lie. He calls it the way it is. But then I’ve watched this coming for so many years it is not new to me. I imagine that the dynamics of his show might cause some who have been deaf and blind for decades to shudder. Reality is hard for some to take. God bless Glenn Beck. God bless America. And God bless you, too.

Smart people dont depend on others for food nor do they view comic book news. No smart people don't rely on others for food.... GB has been telling folks to lay up stores for hard times; to become self reliant. In fact he showed the empty stores after "Snowmageddon" and laid out the point we are in for hard times ahead not just a snow storm. Not a lot of others in the news telling anyone that. Everything is just GRAND.... all of those adjusted numbers are shall we say "unexpected."
I guess comic book news constitutes being one of the only people on the news shedding light on the czars and other comunists destroying our country. Or maybe its giving air time to guys like Andrew Breitbart and his crew so they can highlight all of the ACORN fraud. Then there are all of the conservative authors that grace the screen too.

Although vaduz doesn't care what my opinion is so long as it agrees with his, the thing about beck is, his show was pretty good until after the first of the year, when he announced a "change" in his show. Since then it seems that it's a daily soap opera; either about his grandpa, or his being a 'recovering alcoholic', or how America is doomed.
Now, he's probably right, but it's not like I need him to tell me everyday.
I heard folks like him back in the 50's talk about the futility of a future because they "might drop the bomb". My question was, "what if they don't?"...and they didn't. But lots of people took that chicken little warning as a reason do "drop out". They didn't see a future, they saw futility, turning to drugs, crime, and whatever because of it.
I believe Beck to be a patriotic, American loving, and God fearing person, it just is a downer to hear the same ol' message day after day. Right now, Amerida needs some encouragement.
Rush doesn't do it. He is always telling us how to fight back, what is baloney and what is going on. He doesn't use the Beck phraseology, "I we don't do ______________, we're doomed.".
So vaduz, sorry if you think I'm an MSNBC fans, but I dare say that probably isn't the first time you've been wrong in your life.
I don't have to like what you like...that's the beauty of being a free and independant American...or...don't you believe I should believe in that either?

That’s pretty funny. I might want one. That pokes fun at Mao and the dictatorial way Disney runs things.

Personally, I don’t think you are a spy at all. As I’ve said before on other similar threads, I think Glenn Beck has found the ideal route to those who have little knowledge of history, and if we do not know where we have been, we do not know where to go. I do not take personally his methodology in getting his point across. I think it is very effective to those who, as I said, have been deaf and blind to what has been happening to our great nation over the years, and what we must do to preserve our sovereignty and freedom. His self effacement is his way of becoming not just a figure on the television screen, but a human being with life’s trials, like the rest of us. If He depresses you, just change the channel. Thank God we still have the freedom to do that. :)

"Personally, I dont think you are a spy at all. "
Well, I don't know where that statement came from, but I can assure you I've been a regular member of FR since 1998 and anyone who has read my posts can assure you that I am not a liberal spy. But, I'm also not a GOPBot,and do have my own opinions about things. That is as American as apple pie and the reason we fight for freedom and liberty.
Or did you mean it as sarcasm? Can't always tell with the written word.
