All I can say is that, looking at maps of precincts and counties that went for Obama in NY, NJ, and PA, Obama miraculously received the backing of the so-called “racist white vote” in the blue collar areas. Overwhelmingly Dem voting habits of the female portion in said areas (most of which are nominally Catholic) are to blame.
Throwing their own members under the bus as they seek to force everyone into a union.
The arrogance and ignorance of this man is amazing. The SEIU leadership wants its people to shut up and do what they say. Wake up, people. Wake up.
As a member of this union and it is a condition of my employment I am sick of this stuff these people say, it is a disgrace to good honest hardworking people who belong to this union.

I’ll add in homophobic. I’ll never forget attending a Memphis in May BBQ “family” event where my father and brother worked. This would have been the IBEW union. Anyway, the majority of the employees at this federally company were big democrat supporters and so imagine my surprise when attached to the ladies Port-o-Potty was a sign that said, “Ladies and Fags.” One of their employees was openly gay and apparently the brunt of a lot of practical “jokes.” I wasn’t amused.

How can belonging to a union be a condition of your employment? Can they do that legally?

The company has exempt and non exempt employees the position I have is a union position. I don’t mind belonging to a union, it is the things that are happening surrounding this one that I have trouble with, I just go to work and do my job. I think many union members are at this point we like our jobs, have no problems with belonging to a union, it is things like this that we have problems with.
I would say yes if I want my job in that position I do have to belong to the union hence a condition of being employed in that position. You do find most position in the government local,state and federal have both non union and union positions. If your job description is a union position you do have to join the union.
Only whites can be racist. Everyone else is angelic(snicker).
The answer here is to become shop steward, no one usually wants the job. It could be a lot of fun to be thorns in their side.

I don't know for sure, but I'd expect it wouldn't necessarily have to be a right to work state.
The company could choose on their own to require it if they feel its beneficial to negotiate wages and benefits for all their employees en masse through the employee's union.
The sad part is that it is true. White democrate union types are racist f@gs.
Why is it all the black followers of Obama do not realize...all of his top community Organizers...are White? His advisors...are white?.....his mentors, except for the Rev....he never listened to are all white? And they are all of the same mind organize the mindless and weak, keep them hungry and feed them crumbs...make them believe they are doing the work for their benefit....but keep them hungry...never full.
Ironically a lot of unions were BASED on keeping blacks out.
