The AP is reporting that a bomb has been thrown over the wall of the US consulate in Nuevo Laredo on Saturday. Nuevo Laredo is a border city in Mexico. At the time of this writing, there are no injuries.
Reporting on Fox News, Gregg Jarrett confirmed this report at about 2:50 PM PST.

Just what is the problem? This is explainable and reasonable. Maybe the mexos were just hoping to rely on our bomb-defusing expertise. With all I have read about the problems on th border, Nuevo Laredo just might be the most dangerous town in Mexico.
Another location might indicate terrorists of the Arab variety, like a tourist attraction or Mexico City.
