Told Ya So: Shoe Bombing Muslim “Joker” Not Charged, Qatar Defends Him, Criticizes US; Blase Feds

If Barack Obama had any guts, he’d have expelled this guy–this Muslim diplomat who thinks threatening shoe bombs and lighting fires is funny (and a way to test our response and out the Federal Air Marshals on the plane). But he doesn’t have the guts. And don’t think that President Bush–whose Islamo-pandering was not as overt but just as deep, nauseating, and harmful–would have the guts either. Bush’s inept, Muslim butt-kissing National Security Advisor Fran Townsend joined the chorus of the stupid and described last night’s incident as a “misunderstanding.” She sounded like Janet Napolitano when she said, “The system worked.” Uh, no, it didn’t.

“So? Bin laden the animal had been totally rejected by his family at that time. What, pray tell, would have been served by keeping them here? A media Circus and politicians playing to the fears of the American people? Next you’ll be saying we should have locked up any relatives of Jefferey Dahmer along with the mass murderer himself.”

Don’t be stupid. It was no business of our government to usher those people out of here. But it should be the gov’s business to get that diplomat scum out of here.

True! However this current Administration has determined it is best to do so. The President through his Attorney General has determined terrorists have the same rights as an American citizen.

This current Administration would not know what an acto of war is ... other than their war against the citizens of the US.

Then she should recognize what President Bush did to defend America from Islamofascism and that any comparison with Obama is absurd.

Ignorance and patriotism don't really go together, do they?

Exactly right about President Bush Debbie is nothing but a load mouthed bi#ch who attacks many good people and organizations that actually do something more than run their mouths. Why put any of her rantings on FR.

Since when did the opinions of a little known internet blogger become breaking news?

In Texas from the Texas Supreme Court to local district courts are on the ballot. Course like any other politician it takes money to get their. I do not know about how other States judges are seated on the various courts.

It is a shame and more Americans need to wake-up and realize that they are being sold into slavery by the elitist representatives we have elected to Washington DC.

I do not consider her reliable, and no longer take what she writes seriously. She’s disruptive, cannot contain her jealousy of prominent conservatives—in short, a troublemaker and certainly no lightbringer.

Yes, but casting the post-9/11 effort as a “War on Terror” was a terrible mistake. It had no defined end-game and allowed the Democrats to flip-flop on their commitments to national defense. He’d have been better off declaring War on Al Qaeda & threatening Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan & Pakistan for their continued support of that outfit.

This diplomat acted stupidly. Invite him over to the White House for beer and pork ribs.

Not charged? The US can’t charge foreign diplomats till a very important step is taken. They can request Qatar waive his diplomatic immunity and then charge him. What the ‘ell is wrong with you Debbie.

"Where did you read that this Qatari embassy staffer was on his way to visit a terrorist?"

I heard it on the radio about an hour ago. I had the Hannity Show on while driving and now I cant say whether it was stated during the newsbreak or on the Hannity show itself. I had other things on my mind so I wasnt paying close enuf attention.

I don’t think he should be charged. He should just be jettisoned beyond our borders never to return.

There are ways to handle his type. And right now, he’s won this round.

It’s just fricken embarrassing to be a U.S. Citizen and watch foreign nationals game the system like they do these days.

This guy would already be outside the United States if I were the CIC.

You never see judges on a public ballot -— a big part of the radical left strategy is to remove as many decisions from the voters as possible

Wasn't it the intent of the Founding Fathers to keep the Judical Branch as non-political as possible?

I’m sorry, but I meant to include the fact - less there be any misunderstanding - that the terroris this diplomat was visiting was already incarcerated.

"I think we went over the cliff the day this congress and president were elected, we just haven’t hit the bottom yet"

When we do hit bottom it will be devastating and sudden. Those not aware of our impending doom will be mutilated along with those whose eyes are open. It's not going to be pretty.

These are the good old days.

She’s not telling anyone anything new. I could have easily predicted this would happen, because it’s the template Obama and the left work with.

No responsible US President would “expel” this moron. He’ll be yanked home to Qatar by his own government, and we’ll be rid of him. Qatar is a critically important ally of ours in the region. Alienating an ally of such critical military importance by making a formal diplomatic stink over a stupid stunt by a very junior embassy employee (he’s only a “diplomat” in the most technical sense of the term) would be just plain stupid.
