In Texas from the Texas Supreme Court to local district courts are on the ballot. Course like any other politician it takes money to get their. I do not know about how other States judges are seated on the various courts.

It is a shame and more Americans need to wake-up and realize that they are being sold into slavery by the elitist representatives we have elected to Washington DC.

Agree with you 100%. Trouble is people never know anything about who is running for these judge positions, and tend to vote for whoever's name catches their eye. If I know nothing about either of the candidates in an election, I leave those choices blank. Many people people however, feel it's their duty to leave no spaces unchecked.
