Three of the nine teenagers accused of driving 15-year-old Irish immigrant Phoebe Prince to commit suicide have been ordered to stay away from her family.
Sean Mulveyhill, 17, Austin Renaud, 18, and Kayla Narey, 17, were all freed today on personal recognizances as long as they left Phoebe's heartborken family alone.
Judge Judd Carheart made the ruling in a brief arraignment which the three teenagers did not attend.

Some are, some aren’t. Being sexually mature and active doesn’t mean all grown up.

Just wait till the defense starts trashing Phoebe in the courtroom. They will say she was mentally ill. Was promiscuous. Depressed, etc, etc...

Any pics of the perps? This is the America that was able to elect the Boy King. We must take a long hard look at our court system and reaffirm that criminality must be punished. These disgusting excuses for teenagers remind me of the two in England who tortured and murdered little Jamie Bulger. Recently a higher-up in Brown's Govt said the two perps shouldn't have gone to jail as they were too young. That woman had to make an apology to Jamie's mother. The sickness in society comes from constant praise with no accomplishment, no accountability, etc.

Massachusetts allows arrestees to waive appearance for their arraignment. Many states do, Ohio is one.

That the lawyer is expecting sympathy for this monster is disgusting.

Yeah, but while I’ve experienced more than enough evil in my life, I am still shocked that it culminated in a suicide. I thank God that if anything comes out of these, these scum are going to be known worldwide in the worst possible way.

The old maxim was “you’ll never meet a bully who isn’t a coward”. It applies here; having tormented this child to death and then not satisfied with their acts, they go after her memory and her family. Old New England had good use for the stocks in the public square as a means of humiliation of wrongdoers; they need to bring them back.

I hope these losers have eventually to change their name and lose their identity.
No matter what Phoebe Prince may have done to provoke their delusional sense of superiority.
They can always go into politics, I suppose.

“Intentional infliction of emotional distress” is illegal — have heard a lot about it from Ann Coulter recently in relation to the Westboro case. If these kids aren’t guilty of that, I don’t know who is.

This is also interesting...from a substitute teacher at that school.
Cindy Kele, a former South Hadley High School substitute teacher, says she knew all about the bullying of Phoebe Prince well before her suicide. We asked her if she thinks school officials knew about it too. Kele said "I think that they had to have known before that unless they were totally not paying any attention to anything going on in the school. Then, you do have to question them being there, if theyre not doing their job."

I believe there are some vacant “thug” positions in Chicago now. Perhaps they’d be a good fit there.
