David Shuster Suspended Indefinitely
TVNewser ^ | April 6, 2010 | Chris Ariens

Just In: MSNBC's David Shuster has been suspended from MSNBC "indefinitely" according to a spokesperson.

The action was taken this morning by MSNBC president Phil Griffin after it was revealed that Shuster had taken part in a pilot for CNN.

Shuster's MSNBC contract expires in December. Over the weekend, an MSNBC executive told TVNewser's Gail Shister, anything less than a suspension "sends a message from management that this is OK."

Jumping from one sinking ship to another. Question is if the suspension is with or without pay. If with pay, then he gets a vacation. No biggie to him.

Jumping from one sinking ship to another.

My first thought exactly.

"Just how badly must MSNBC suck to make jumping to CNN look like a good career move?"

Was it aganist his contract to look for other work? Or does MSNBC think they own their workers and do not believe in a free market where a person is free to work for whomever they wish and looking for future job environments is not aganist the law? Not that I can for the guy.

So basically Schuster thought the deck chair looked better at the bow, but the MSNBC taliban objected.

They support Obama- so other Marxist thinking is not out of the question.

I read where CNN thinks it is too middle of the road and needs to veer a bit left to capture more audience from conservative FOX NEWS.

Hard to believe anyone would want Shuster. He’s a bitter, small minded liberal incapable of original thought.

Now if MSNBC had suspended him for his relentless smears on Sarah Palin, or one of his many other offenses to reasonable people, I’d be interested.

This is just more of the same.

Fox news should re hire him only to prove they are fair and balanced in view points and so that David can get his CHI PSI ass kicked all over the place.

Maybe he can be Juan Williams' stunt double on the Sunday morning show. You know, bring in the replacement crash dummy right before the verbal b-slap...

Somebody ought to tell Griffin he would be well served to have Olbermann, Schultz, Maddow and Matthews join Schuster.
