Another GOP office was attacked in Marion, Ohio last night. The vandals left a threatening note in purple ink saying, Stop the Right Wing.
The Marion Star reported:
Two Republican party officials were shocked to hear someone had thrown a brick through a window at their headquarters downtown with a message directed at stopping conservatism.
Stop the right wing, was written in purple ink on a piece of notebook paper.
The bottom was torn off of it, maybe like they made a mistake or something when they were writing it the first time, said Kenneth Stiverson, president of the Marion County Republican Club.
Employees at the law offices next door to the headquarters, at 114 S. Main St., called party members to let them know the window had been broken Tuesday.
Police were called and took the brick and note as evidence.
Stiverson said he didnt think people in Marion would do such a thing. Republican party members who were helping to clean up found the note after they found the brick.
You hear about this stuff in the big cities, he said. I didnt think there was anyone in Marion that would do anything like that.
This story didnt make national headlines for some strange reason?

Looks like a troll...
TFF ;-)
FauxNews really needs to hang onto Juanito there...
He’s the most under-rated liberal they have on that network...
Need to keep him around for comedic relief...
You fergit somethin’??? ;-)
Oh, yeah.
Do I really need to add the sarcasm tag?
Amnesty and Cap ‘n Tax...
It is an inevitability, they have to get amnesty through, or they’ll lose worse in November...
They’ll try to do both, but they’ll let the Cap ‘n Tax drag on to mask the Amnesty bill to get that done...It’ll have to be done before a massive registration campaign after the summer recess to get as many former illegals ready to vote by the end of September...
Just watch...
Nahhhhhh, I could hear it...hehehe
I do believe you're right.
Not a problem, I am thankful to the moderator who edited it for me. My original post was not as good as the edited version posted here. I have difficulty on a site this large figuring out exactly how and where to put things. I am improving but still appreciate the help of a good mod.
Of course there is. Where else are you going to find conservative representation in government...some nonexistent pie-in-the-sky third party?
Actually, I'm still looking for Conservative representation in Government.
Go ahead, name a few current examples, it shouldn't take long to type the names in. If you get past ten current office holders at the federal level, I'll be surprised. Of course, your definition of "Conservative" may differ from mine, I have seen quite a variety here.
...(violent) racist right-wing extremists. Those words don't even belong in the same phrase. Who is such a person?
Let's get the whole quote, shall we?
current MSM accounts which paint everyone to the Right of Hillary as (violent) racist right-wing extremists.
My entire point is that the MSM are trying to generate that specific image of TEA partiers, and in the media, appearances are everything.
The idea is to cow us all into submission by smearing us as something which only exists as a PSYOPS construct in the minds of those who suck up the pap the MSM spews from the tube and the upon the printed page.
Of course, the only way to combat that is for ordinary conservative people to NOT hide in the shadows out of fear of being branded as a non-existent entity, which is the opposite of the reaction the Alinskyites are seeking.
You see, it has worked before, when vast numbers of Americans questioned the Govenrment's actions at Waco, when gun owners and people who questioned a series of abuses of Federal power were connected in the image works of the press (and no where else) with those who bombed the Murragh Building in Oklahoma City. The press making that connection was no accident, nor a mistake, but a concerted effort to shut up conservatives who would never have bombed a building, especially when the AWB was looking like it was going to be repealed and both the Ruby Ridge and Waco incidents were under investigation. There was nothing to gain, and the OK City bombing was turned into a propaganda victory for the DOJ, the FBI, and the BATF by deflecting animosity from the Feds and onto ordinary Americans who had questioned the abuse of Federal Power by making them out to be "violent right-winged extremists", and even throwing in a measure of alleged anti-semitism and racism to boot to add to the image.
While all image and only with very few exceptions completely unfounded in fact, the AGITPROP worked and effectively shut conservatives up.
The precedent for the MSM ascribing unfounded behaviours to large segments of the population has been established, and they are trying a repeat of those tactics.
WE know that there are very few, if any, real "violent racist right winged" people out there, but the media are trying to create that image of us all.
Cui bono?
One: the administration. They can justify violent acts of suppression of fundamental rights against people the MSM has branded as such. THey can further usurp power, and negate the opinions of people they have branded as such (even unjustifiably), and they can continue to press for the subjugation of people they do not agree with.
In addition, by insisting that TEA partiers fit their description, they can keep blacks from joining the ranks by adding to the intimidation of peer pressure for racial solidarity with the deterrent of painting TEA partiers as "racist".
While I agree the closest thing to a Conservative effective Political Party out there is the GOP, they aren't there. They have spent decades compromising, bipartisanship diluting their platform in practice, and have morphed into a relatively liberal organization compared to the days of Barry Goldwater.
I think we need to get back to our Constitutional roots, original intent, and severely reduce the size and scope of the Federal Government, and I haven't seen much of that from the GOP in the last 40 years. That said, I think the GOP will be the most likely vehicle for such a sea change, rather than a third party.
Dang Amish Tea-baggers.
bttt
Bush’s fault.
