The following discussion assumes President Obama was born in Hawaii and is a United States citizen.
The purpose of this article is to highlight judicial and historical evidence suggesting that a "natural born citizen" must be born in the United States to parents who are citizens. By that definition, Obama is not eligible to be president. Therefore, his presidency and official administrative acts remain subject to being rendered void by the Supreme Court.

The current state of the law would be sufficient, if enforced.
The law as it is, is not being enforced. That is the primary problem. The chief executive happens to also be the chief offender, and no other branch of government is willing to enforce the existing law.
The government as originally instituted presumed a nation of people who would first and foremost, self govern. Using that standard, few laws would be needed, because the underlying culture, and a belief in God’s retribution, were the main enforcers of generally understood morality.
We do not need any more laws. We need self government, beginning with each individual.

You’re an arrogant SOB and most people don’t even bother to read your droppings. All your claims of personal greatness and deep intelligence mean squat because of your support of 0kaka’s eligbility.

OldPoopDeck jumped in with both feet - I remember clearly when he started posting - full support of 0kaka and attacking anyone searching the truth about 0kaka’s eligibility.
He’s a troll supporter of 0kaka. I don’t know why he’s still here.

Yep, me,
Jim DeMint,
Sarah Palin,
Mark Levin,
Ann Coulter,
Michelle Malkin,
Glenn Beck,
National Review Online,
Weekly Standard and countless others with unimpeachable conservative bona fides are ALL KOOK-AID drinkers, and you're the one true conservative and uniquely qualified constitutional scholar capable of explaining to the great-unwashed the true meaning of "natural-born citizen". Yep, that absolutely not delusional in any way. /s
Get a grip. Medication may be needed.

"Youre an arrogant SOB and most people dont even bother to read your droppings." Apparently you do, though. I wonder what that means, psychologically speaking.

To date, not a SINGLE conservative legal or political think tank, political action committee or public conservative activist has thrown in with the birthers. Why is that?Go to CFP and get the answer which is NO GIG or bread & butter on their tables, pure and simple!!!
Or also called "marching orders"???

"I laid out, very clearly and with citations, the flaws with people like yourself who hang their hat on US v. Ark, and Justice Gray's "research" therein at the outset of the Progressive movement here in the US. It's very clear and straight-forward to anyone who can get their head out of the Obama punch-bowl and into the books."

I only read that one since you addressed me. Usually I don’t even read the ones addressed to me by 0kaka supporters.

"Yet you haunt these threads and fail to mention the validity of others like polarik, atlas shrugs and the many other links associated." Hey, where's the quote for your assertion that Obama claimed he was born in Kenya and wasn't running for President? Where is it?
You've been proven to be either a fool, or a liar (although, I suppose both is a possibility). Deal with it.

"OldD!ckHead hit the deck. An Obama rumpswab pimp-slap that left him stuttering and searching for his Gilligan's hat. " Yep, precisely what I expected from a moron with a public education and the vocabulary of a 6-year old. Perfect birther.

I’d get that kenyan fever checked if I were you. It may result in permanent flat-kneed, round-mouth syndrome. Then again, it’s probably too late in your case.

and although he retains the same rights as an NBC, he does not meet the Constitutional requirements for the PresidencyYou can continue believing this drivel if you want. The courts are not supporting your view.
Why are you so interested in seeing Non- Natural Born Citizens become eligible for the Presidency?
I'm interested in seeing a strong, electable conservative movement, something that won't happen if we allow conservatives to be co-opted by unhinged conspiracy mongers foaming at the mouth with their half-baked lunacies of Kenyan grandmothers, Indonesian passports, Hawaiian COLBs and Emmerich de Vattel.

Since when is it ‘foaming at the mouth’ to stand up for the Constitution?? Why on Earth would any sane person object to that??
