Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano is under pressure to beef up border security in the Southwest in the wake of Saturday's killing of a rancher in southeastern Arizona.
Three members of New Mexico's congressional delegation have asked for an increase in the Border Patrol's presence in the Boot Heel of New Mexico, about 10 miles from where the rancher was shot to death over the weekend. U.S. Sens. Jeff Bingaman and Tom Udall, along with Rep. Harry Teague, say Napolitano's agency needs to take more security steps.
And former Colorado Rep. Tom Tancredo, an outspoken opponent of illegal immigration, called on Napolitano to "reject politics and do the right thing" by dispatching the National Guard to the Arizona border.

Our border was violated. Our country invaded and one of our citizens was murdered by an invader. Our worthless excuse of a leader just stopped building the fence on our southern border. This death is on his watch and the blood is on his hands. All invaders should now be considered as armed and dangerous. Teas just sent their national guard choppers to the border. It looks like Arizona needs to do the same.

You know, I bet most of us here can identify with this rancher, salt of the earth, work a day guy, who was murdered despite being a compassionate soul.
We must keep in mind that he is the latest casualty of illegal INVADER violence perpetrated against citizens of the US and nothing concrete has been done to stop it. The FED threatens and harasses Sheriff Arpaio for taking the tough and RIGHT stand against the issue. I have a feeling that history books will have him saying at one point, “I told you this was happening, would continue to happen and now the blood of thousands are on your hands despite you sitting on them.”
The Feds don't need to provide border security. Leave it up to the Texas State Militia and the Arizona Sherrifs Departments. Soon there won't be one illegal alien who raises his head above the elevation of three feet at the border who won't have someone from Arizona or Texas reach out and touch 'em.
About 6 months of that and we won't have an illegal alien problem.

I’m sick and tired of our gov’t taking away our freedoms but denying us security...security, the thing they are SUPPOSED to provide.

She won’t do a thing. This administrations ultimate goal is to destroy this country as quickly as possible and the more chaos, the better.
WE need to treat all violent criminals the same. We have a lot of ships sitting in mothballs. Send them off shore a hundred miles and blow up anything that gets near them. Give them all the guns and ammo they want but only half the food they need. Things will take care of themselves.
