This group has opposed Obamacare right from the beginning. I wish them success and hope they don’t come under close government scrutiny over this. We have seen what happens to others who get in Obama’s way.
They should refer to it as the Redistribution of Wealth Act. That’s what Dean and Baccus are telling us it is.
from a news story..
The AMA controls the lucrative billing code system. Obama threated to nationalize it. (stupid AMA he will do that anyways)
The AMA wants to protect their golden goose at the expense of patients.
$$$$ in their pockets instead of ours. (BTW less than 20% of practicing physicians in the US are members of AMA. AMA is mainly a medical manual and medical office management publisher now.)
I’ll keep track of those who are interested, and when I get some feedback on the strategy (and assuming it’s a green light) I will start things up (unless somebody else beats me to it - should be a unified front). I’m thinking Facebook would probably be a good way to set up a central intake stream for plaintiffs. I’ll keep you posted.
not just state attorneys general
BTTT!
I think VA AG Ken Cuccinelli has to go throug N VA District (rocket docket) then the Court of Appeals in Richmond then SCOTUS.
RE: “Waxmanll be hauling their azzes on the carpet soon too!”
*************
I suspect that before long there will be so many groups suing that Waxman will need to rent a football stadium to accommodate the hearings.
Great idea. Please keep us posted.
What I read from the article was that this case was being filed in the Circuit court, so next above that is SCOTUS, The Va AG’s case is entirely different.
Are you referring to those “doctors” in the white lab coats? They’re not real doctors, but they did sleep in the Lincoln Bedroom last night.
Court action is necessary to preserve individual liberty and to prevent PPACA from bankrupting the United States generally and Medicare and Social Security specifically, AAPS stated.
The AMA should be soooo ashamed. But they won't be.
THESE docs (the AAPS) know what they're doing and have proven they can take it. I'm encouraged to see them in the game! They're the group that won the release of the names on Hillary's top secret health care task force. I found my RA from my senior year in college on that list. I'd never known she had any interest in health care, although I was one of two seniors on that floor who became physicians.
