Never once have you offered sympathy or help for your fellow Americans who are suffering under this invasion...YES, I said invasion....where’s your usual ‘racist’ insult??
Pragmatic??? BS. We’re dying out here and you don’t care.
Their blood is on the hands of people like you and John McCain.

I personally would have no problem with rounding them
up and processing them back to their country of origion,
people keep saying we can’t do it but it IS possible
and the very fact that it was happening would cause many
to leave on their own. THEN perhaps a more rational immigration policy could be taken up.
As far as the legality of criminalizing American citizens
for hiring illegals...I don’t think that is constitutional
but there are legalities of all kinds that I don’t agree
with.

Against the LAW! Well... McCamnesty, Grahamnesty (and now Palin supporting McCain) don't seem to have a problem with breaking the law.
By granting amnesty to illegal aliens, they are condoning and rewarding lawbreakers.
Law enforcement ain't a complicated issue.

Big surprise. [/sarc] You beat me to it cripple, sadly enough most who vote (that are legal to do so) could care less and to boot can't understand the Constitution via lack of caring.
Some are in Washington as representatives of the people.

This means that the employer wont be compelled to ask for legal proof of citizenship or temporary resident status. Which then continues to allow illegals a cover & means to earn a living since the employers dont get punished for hiring them. This plays into the hands of the Dems wanting as much freedom for the illegals to entrench themselves with phony papers, status and phony voting clout.
What a load of BS double-speak!! This is designed IN-FACT to be discriminating... by taking advantage of illegals because businesses, without fear of sanctions, will hire CHEAP labor! The Sanctions against employers are discriminating BS IS A TRICK to allow continued discrimination AGAINST legal citizens/residents in favor of discrimination FOR illegal aliens with the explicit purpose in exploiting their cheap labor that government knowingly expects business to take advantage of in favor of hiring citizens!
The illegals and businesses that hire them are being played as pawns in order to give illegals cover for future political clout. This makes employers knowledgeable participants in the aiding and abetting of criminal activity encouraged by Government!
This deliberately removes a powerful deterrent against illegal immigration if they cant find means or cover to support themselves! Bambi plans to look the other way and DO NOTHING to deport illegals.
What difference is it if I provided a gun to someone KNOWING he will commit murder with it! Under this absurd logic I wont be held accountable... because if I DIDNT allow the person to have the gun I would have been guilty of discrimination, fined and jailed!
These people are INSANE!! EVIL!! VERMIN!!

It’s not like anyone has punished an employer for hiring illegals yet—why start now?

Amnesty is NOT the solution. We could begin by enforcing the borders and allowing no more illegal immigration. What do do about the millions already here is already complicated.
The government is to blame for not originally enforcing the law. Let’s see....now, Congress makes law, the Supreme Court interprets cases dealing with the highest Law...and, oh yes....the EXECUTIVE is supposed to enforce the Law.
Good luck...

Ok, great.
If they pass this, everybody will be able to simply claim to be an illegal without a SSN or any other identification.
Then they can also apply for other benefits - such as In-state tuition for their children, food stamps, and many other things.
Who’s to say the 20 exemptions on their withholding isn’t actually factual?
These guys have no idea who they are f-ing with. Give Americans a good reason to avoid taxes and we’ll find a way to not pay them - especially if you make it easy like pretending you are an illegal immigrant.

We agree. Not sure of your response.

I disagree. We could do it if we had the political will to do it.

“We have to have a different approach.”
Translation = The govt. should throw all it`s support behind the hiring of non-citizens over citizens.
It`s been just a little over a year since the Commie-Obbamie junta has been in power. We ain`t seen nothing yet. The nightmare is just beginning. The US will be turned into one gigantic ghetto stretching from sea to shining sea.
To: tet68
"I fail to see why American citizens need to be criminalized because of the criminal action of illegals.", I am of the same mindset lets take all this effort that goes toward punishing business in the USA and instead apply it to something that will do some good instead of just an exercise in make-do work, like:
BUILD A BIG FREAKING WALL ON THE BORDER WITH ARMED GUARDS WALKING THE TOP OF IT!
Then when you catch an illegal and you toss him/her back over the border they don't just turn around and walk back in...
Or does that make too much sense for the government mindset to take in?
