EDINBURGH, Ind. -- A knife-wielding man was arrested earlier this week in what police called a meat massacre at a south-central Indiana supermarket. Several people called 911 on Wednesday morning to report a man with a knife in the Jay C Food Store. “We have a gentleman here cutting into the meat and throwing it onto the floor,” one caller said.

I totally agree.
In fact my idea is that people are, in general, quite deficient in the essential minerals.
Minerals (Calcium, magnesium, potassium, selenium) tend to alkalize the body and neutralize toxins.
Think about it. In pre-divilized times, people ate meat cooked over fires that made alot of ash. That ash is mostly minerals. They ate seafood and things caught in streams like crawdads - things loaded with minerals.
They drank water that flowed right in the streams, most of which had traveled over miles of country loaded with rocks and minerals.
Studies have shown somewhere between 50-70 percent of Americans are deficient in Magnesium and Potassium - both highly essential minerals.
So if you eat alot of food that lacks minerals, your belly may be full, but you still hungry.
Your body tells you are hungry, but you are hungry for minerals, so you eat more, but it’s a never ending cycle!

That is exactly the issue. Mr. Veggise R’ Nuts destroyed beef belonging to someone else. Over $200 worth of the store beef, according to the article.
But, but...you mean I can go back to liking skinny girls even though the NOW crowd tells me I shouldn’t like skinny girls ‘cause it gives them an “unrealistic” conception of body type and fat girls are supposed to be healthier and Oh man , I’m so confused...
