Love seeing all the RV's there. With gas prices what they now are, those are truly committed PATRIOTS!

Dang .. it looks like a wasteland there. Imagine .. one McDonald's and a casino snack shop are the only places to eat in town .. and ONE motel .. the only one for 40 miles. That dinky place sure loved having 10,000 people there for one day.

Yep, but I always loved stopping in Searchlight. Looked forward to it actually.
Used to rent a houseboat at Cottonwood Cove. Lots of fun.

The one casino was a delight because it had tables of Twenty One that used ONE DECK! In later years, they only has one table and depending on the number of players, they’d sometimes shuffle after every hand, but still, it was easier to beat the house.

from CNN, was so boldly partisan and anti-
pubbie in her coverage of a tea party last
year and the existence of cell phone videos
some are being a bit less audacious.

I wish I could have been at this thing. It's awe-inspring to see the people and the signs. And the crowd is just so markedly different from those thuggy, scummy crowds you see at leftist rallies.
