I am not a doctor so I have been reluctant to say he is having problems in that area. However, His town hall last summer and Dingell out and out lying to a Dad of a special needs kid and getting flustered had me wondering...
Shortly thereafter his wife resigned from GM. Why? To help run the ship if he is having difficulties?
