Idiots on Special Report say they new Gallup poll out today means the GOP is now in trouble since Americans are now behind Obamacare
(Excerpt) Read more at foxnews.com ...
Er... it wasn’t Ted Kennedy’s seat. :-)
Almost 70% of Americans were against health care and now they are for it.
Bovine scatology FOX.
No they didn’t. They were talking about Washington “loving a winner”. None of them have any idea how the rest of the country is reacting.
They are all inside the “beltway bubble”.
Remember that the MSM is in full cheerleading mode. Lots and lots of people only get their news from them!
True, but you understand my point, right?
Why yes, Whorealdo has always been an idiot. That is why FOX hired him.
YUP! And I really lost it with Krauthamer and the GOP! These guys have to get out of Washington.
About the youngins; I work with four recent college graduates who are fired up AGAINST this thing. And my high school senior daughter came home last night and most of her class were discussing HC and it was all negative.....Hope maybe?
“Massachusetts, of all places, just elected a Republican who opposed this bill to fill Ted Kennedys seat.”
That was over 2 months ago, an eternity in politics.
You telling me Mass voters aren’t going to march out to the polls and vote overwhelmingly Democratic in November? If you think that I really hope your correct, but I seriously doubt it.
This state elects Barney Frank. Infact, I believe they have voted for him over and over for 30 years. This state also elected Gary Studds (another homosexual). There is virtually no level of depravity Massachusetts voters won’t cast a ballot in favor of.
I haven’t seen the Gallup poll they discussed, but all day I’ve heard of polls that show Americans solidly against Obamacare, and even CNN’s latest scientific poll shows 59% against.
Didn’t seen the Fox panel, but it’s odd they’d choose a poll and think Republicans are in trouble for opposing Obamacare. Pretty damned early to drawing that conclusion, or maybe their Beltway sensibilities have been offended for some reason and they just wanted to diss the GOP opposition to Obamacare.
People are focused on the healthcare bill right now. In a few weeks, they’ll remember that they still don’t have a job, and more layoffs are to come.
The GOP will be making a huge mistake if they run solely on healthcare this fall. It’s all about the economy.
I tivoed Special Report to watch later. I was watching John McCain make a wonderful speech on C-Span. He was naming the people who got sweetheart deals. Well, that brought Mary Landreiu out. She was mad.
Now that I know about the panel tonight, I won’t be watching it. I guess I’ll have to stop watching all news shows from now on. I am very disappointed with Fox.
does a ten pound bag of flour make a really big biscuit?
Does Elmer Fudd have trouble with the letter R?
Are you sure they were not commenting are a poll that showed what people thought of Obama as a person and he got 70% approval?
For years they’ve had a “liberal” seat on the panel... Liasson, Williams, etc. I think A.B. Stoddard is sitting in the seat now.
Wait till all these suppos Obortion O supporters find out what they have to pay ......... they will be back to support the GOP in the fall.

Completely agree. This election, just like most others, will be about the economy. If things are improving, the Dems won’t lose too many seats. If things are not getting noticeably better, the Dems may even lose the House.
This bill will energize activists on the right which is a good thing, but that by itself is not enough to do much damage to the Democrats. What we need to win big is an electorate that is unhappy with the way the economy feels to them in November when it is time to vote.
I have several friends with adult children (in their early 20s) who have jobs but no benefits. The parents are quite happy about that provision, even though they hate the rest of Obamacare. It's safer than having an uninsured kid and way cheaper than having a kid trying to buy private insurance (easily $7000 or more a year).
Whoever came up with the idea came up with a great marketing hook. Gotta say that much.
