Talk-radio icon Rush Limbaugh today suggested the existence of U.S. elections is now threatened by a move he expects President Obama to pursue – a mass amnesty for illegal aliens – following the passage of his massive health-care reform plan.
"The next big push will be amnesty for ... millions of illegal immigrants who are here," he said on his radio program.
"Obama's gonna need their votes in 2012. The Democrats are going to need their votes in every election from now on – if we have elections, and I'm not joking.
"The Constitution has just been ripped to shreds, so why is anything safe?" he said.

Someone is going to have to send the politicians that tax money (consumer, gasoline, tobacco, property, etc.) to pay for all these new socialist programs, and someone is going to have to send the politicians money to support the new millions of illegals.

With all due respect, the Constitution was ripped to shreds a year ago when the Usurper in chief [who clearly does not meet Article II qualifications for POTUS as everyone Republican, Democrat, and in between knows] was sworn in. Some people here are just late coming to the party.
Frankly, I don't see how so many people buy into the meme that having the franchise is an indicator of being in a "free country."
