"The Constitution has just been ripped to shreds, so why is anything safe?"

If the current government can shred the Constitution in order to rule then, we the people, should be able to use unconstitutional means to remove them!

They don’t obey the constitution, so we should not obey them. They’re the ones that invalidated the rules.

Since the Constitution exists only to limit government, nothing we do as citizens can be unconstitutional.
