3/23/10 Complaint for Declaratory and Injunctive Relief filed today in the case of Commonwealth v. Kathleen Sebelius
I looked at the bill itself and could not find that language in there. I also could not find a section 155. I’ll look some more tomorrow.
Thanks Civ. I got this one tagged this afternoon before having to be away for a while.
8 lines takes down 2900 pages of convoluted garbage.
Excellent! Guess Pelousi et al failed to let their legal council review & recommend changes.
My FAVORITE son, at that!!!
Thats the House version which was not passed!
The Virginia Creed
To Be a Virginian
either by
Birth, Marriage, Adoption,
or even on one’s Mother’s side,
is an Introduction
to any State in the Union,
a Passport to any Foreign Country,
and a Benediction from Above.
I think who ever loses will appeal, and it will hit the supremes in short order.
We have four communist dictators on the bench who piss on the constitution as a matter of habit, and four Loyal constitutionalists who respect it.
The Toss up is Kennedy, appointed by Reagan.
So its a 50/50 shot that we are enslaved by communists or are freed by American Patriots.
Who in their right mind would want to opt out of communism? /Sarc off
The Redneck motto is, “Sic the dogs on the tyrants”!
This law is wreaking financial havoc already, in the form of taxes and rate hikes in effect right now on many services and goods. Once they pay, citizens of Virginia and elsewhere will not be able to recoup these costs. If the harm has to be to the Commonwealth and not its citizens, then the individual Michigan plaintiffs should certainly be able to meet the irreparable harm standard in their lawsuit.
This is why I hope the AG's are working on a stay of this until the Constitutional issues are resolved. If the law starts being executed, Virginians and the rest of America start being harmed.
