Once the Gitmo detainees are moved to the US, a federal judge will ORDER them to stand in civilian trials and will rule the military tribunals unconstitutional because the detainees are on US soil.
Holder will know what judge to send the case to so he can get this ruling, and Obama approves. In this way, 0 can have the best of both worlds.
Exactly. This is intentional incompetence by the Obama Justice Department. Before the end of 2012, KSM will be released as well.

SNIPPET: “Mohamedou Ould Slahi was accused in the 9/11 Commission report of helping recruit Mohammed Atta and other members of the Al Qaeda cell in Hamburg, Germany, that took part in the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.
Military prosecutors suspected Slahi of links to other Al Qaeda operations, and considered seeking the death penalty against him while preparing possible charges in 2003 and 2004.”
SNIPPET: “Brig. Gen. John Furlow, who helped lead a Pentagon-ordered investigation into detainee abuse at Guantanamo Bay, has testified that Slahi was “the highest value detainee” at the offshore prison and “the key orchestrator of the Al Qaeda cell in Europe.””

He is truly Omniscient and Omnipotent; more than capable of delivering us from this encroaching evil, and obliterating them with one breath.
We must continue to resist and challenge this diligently, but above all else, more and more Americans must repent and seek God's blessing upon our nation and His vengeance upon our enemy.

Obama and Holder support terrorism. That’s why they want to put these guys into the courts, so they can be released because some lefty judge doesn’t like the methods used to interrogate them. These people are America haters to the bone and they will do everything they can to weaken the nation.
