WASHINGTON — A suspected Al Qaeda organizer once called "the highest value detainee" at Guantanamo Bay was ordered released by a federal judge in an order issued Monday.
Mohamedou Ould Slahi was accused in the 9/11 Commission report of helping recruit Mohammed Atta and other members of the Al Qaeda cell in Hamburg, Germany, that took part in the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.
Military prosecutors suspected Slahi of links to other Al Qaeda operations, and considered seeking the death penalty against him while preparing possible charges in 2003 and 2004.

I think the dems will do all they can to destroy America between now and November.
It wasn’t President Bush holding up the prosecutions of these terrorists in a military tribunal...it was the ACLU and other’s.... like Eric Holder’s old law firm.
President Bush was required by law to respond to their lawsuits and then they just kept filing one after another. Can we get off the Bush bashing please and focus on the damn communists that are taking over our country?

Holder is attempting to try the 9/11 terrorists in civilian court.

Clinton appointed this judge? But how can that be. We had peace and prosperity when Clinton was president and everything was fine.
So many people actually believe that, so they thought it was OK to trust the presidency to a Dem again. Heaven help us all.
Does this judge realize that Guantanamo Bay is a unique entity as it is not a US territory or state and he has no authority there?

When God is forced out of our courts and governments, as He has been, our laws become powerless to enforce the protections over us He intended....rather they become an instrument in the power of another who protects the guilty...just as we see more and more of...and they will continue to strut their evil before us. God will not acknowledge lip service....especially when He is defied by our leadership...blatantly and unashamedly, as is now done in our courts and governance. And we will and do pay a price for supporting them.
It doesn't matter if one believes this or not...He doesn't need our approval to act or refrain from acting...But if you look at what's happening throughout our country...thru the eyes of understanding there is no way our laws can do what they are intended to do without the one who Empowers them to work...then we'll never understand the madness we are seeing playing out.
I’m convinced that we’re not going to make it to November, especially if Amnesty is passed. That’s the whole plan. They don’t care about healthcare or amnesty in the long run. They are trying to crash the system. They are trying to incite open rebellion.
