Victims of the 'he-cession' are turning against the Democrats, and that could sway the November elections.
Millions of white men who voted for Barack Obama are walking away from the Democratic Party, and it appears increasingly likely that they'll take the election in November with them. Their departure could well lead to a GOP landslide on a scale not seen since 1994.
For more than three decades before the 2008 election, no Democratic president had won a majority of the electorate. In part, that was because of low support -- never more than 38% -- among white male voters. Things changed with Obama, who not only won a majority of all people voting but also pulled in 41% of white male voters. Suddenly, there were millions more white men voting the Democratic ticket.

I believe that 1994 will pale compared to the coming election. People now know that this Administration has to be stopped in its tracks.

Blacks tend to vote heavily Democrat.
Single women tend to vote Democrat.
Married women with children tend to vote Republican.
How is it “revenge” in some way, if more white men are expected to vote Republican in November? This is inflammatory isn’t it?
Black voters turnout is expected to be much lower this year than in 2008. Obama himself is not on the ballot in the mid-term elections. Yet voter turnout tends to be lower in off-year elections anyway. So how significant is that?

Here’s my take-away.

The anger is not irrational. We are sick and tired of sending our money to an incompetent and corrupt government.
The thing that this article doesn’t articulate is that a large amount of those ‘white men’ were young, mush-minded, college-age “boys” (yes, I mean boys) who thought they were being ‘modern’ and ‘with the times’ by being part of the ‘Obama revolution’, and sticking it to dad and all the other old fart white men who are ‘racist’ and ‘stuck in the past’. Now some of them are starting to wake up from their fantasy and realizing that ‘gee, maybe dad and all those older white men had a point about protecting the constitution and liberty’.
Does this write REALLY believe this, or is he hoping to whip up the dem voters to make sure they go to the polls?

Like moveon.org, we need to target state secretary elections and make sure conservatives are at all voting precincts to watch and report (and photograph) any potential problems.
I don’t know about your friends but most of my republican friends wives probably vote Democrat. White American women as a group are the biggest traitors out there.
