Yes I agree, that is the plan, but that is not the legislation that Obama is going to sign into law. And what Obama is going to sign is clearly unconstitutional and will be tossed by the Supreme Court in a 6 to 3 vote.

Well yeah, he's gonna sign the Senate Bill, but by the time SCOTUS gets it, Bamster will have change the courts balance to liberal, and those libs have a entirely different view of the Constitution. They like European laws for comfortable precedents.

I don't think this is a a matter for lawyers. It's gone too far and more coming.

We will have to ignore scotus at some point unless they want to join the fray with both feet and a side arm..

The question is whether the entire thing would go down or just the individual mandate part. Without the mandate, the ban on pre-existing conditions would bankrupt the insurance companies in a hurry.
