Son had college friend from India...he said they all say they come here to go back to help their country...and they know they are lying when they say that..it just gets them into the country for schooling. then they stay.

And that is true, often but not always. I know several farms who hire South African (white) college age kids who own large farms to work harvest/planting here. Some learn to fly and work for the spray service. They get paid well, use the money to expand their farms there so they are less reliant on other countries, are polite, law abiding and go home at the end of the summer. I worked at a bar last summer and they were some of my most polite customers.

Also my father and my stepfather were both LEGAL immigrants, learned and spoke English, became citizens and proud Americans.

That being said, I grew up in SoCal and left because I got sick of all the illegal aliens who overrun our schools, bankrupt our state, fill our jails, commit crimes, fly the mexican flag, expect me to learn Spanish and all the rest.

My insurance policy already covers my children up to the age of 26 as long as they are in school, or provide less than 50% of their own upkeep. I can however see how those without children will be effected detrimentally by having to pay for coverage like that for everyone...

What I’m more concerned about is all the 18-year-olds out there who have left their parents’ homes and are already on their own (as I did). These kids do not have the resources to pay for their own healthcare at that time. When I left my home at 18 I could not apply for financial aid for college on my own - they went by my parents’ income even though I was no longer at home. Seriously, this could force some young adults to stay in abusive familial relationships - or start life as a “criminal” without health insurance...

I may not be explaining this well, but I hope you will get the gist of what I am saying. There are so many unintended consequences of this bill it’s not even funny.

Every second for decades,from a thousand media outlets, the liberal media satanically invented lies to demonize President Reagan, Bush, and the Republican congress as being "the biggest spenders ever" , "spending like drunken sailors", "blah blah blah", etc.. Liberals in other forums have used these "arguments" against me like I'm going to buy them. But obviously many "conservatives" did buy the media's lies meant to destroy the GOP and so these "conservatives" are puppets of the puppet master Marxists that control the media.

Reagan cut taxes from 72% to 28% and drastically reduced government regulations on the engine of the economy , the private sector (capitalism), unleashing free market almost laissez faire capitalism. 1. “My stupid graphs” showed that the number of government workers decreased during the time Republicans controlled congress. The number of government workers is much more accurate than dollar figures in determining who really grew the government as there are little things like inflation, mandatory spending ,military spending, social security cost of living increases , more seniors retiring and getting more social security checks etc.

2.You want to talk about tax rates? Republican congress, Bush and Reagan decreased tax rates. for the 60 years democrats controlled congress democrats/Marxists created most of the thousand of government agencies and increased tax rates to over 70%. Reagan cut government regulations and tax rates to 28%. Go ahead and name the NUMBER of government agencies that The Republican congress created. I can name thousands of government agencies and programs that the Democrat congress ( circa 1930 to 1994) created and that were already in place when Republicans took control, practically all of them the SSI,medicare, medicaid,welfare, HUD,HHS,EPA, FEC,FCC,FDA, CDC, dept of education , dept of energy and thousands more.

Bush and the republican congress cut hundreds of government programs including the 150 government programs referenced above.

The number of government employees per thousand population actually decreased during Bush's presidency and during the time that the Republicans controlled Congress. Of course the liberal mainstream media ran stories every day how the Republicans were increasing government size ("spending") by record amounts.And government educated "conservatives" who have no clue about anything including economics bought that lie every day and so got angry and turned against the GOP which was the liberal media's goal.

Any "spending increases" were for mandatory spending increases mandated by the government machine and agencies the Democrats built since the late 1800's starting with the government schools. Also the Afghanistan and Iraq wars,9/11, and inflation were the "spending increases".

And the sad thing is, that a large number of Americans are too busy watching “American Idol” and other pointless TV shows, while OUR freedoms are being taken away.

The apathy in America is totally sickening. We are falling into tyranny and a huge amount of people only care about what happens that goes on within a 5-mile radius of their home.

I think one of the most dangerous phrases in the world, when it comes to politics, is “I don’t care.”

I come down on people very harshly when I hear them say things like that. It is partially because of apathetic people that we get tyrants like Obama into office, and socialized health care rammed down our throats.

A woman I know leads a frugal life and I’ve helped her now and then to make ends meet....she works like the rest of us do...even got more schooling...but she is 60 yrs old and they aren’t hiring her for better work because she hasn’t long term experience...if she has to buy insurance it will hurt her..no way will her budget afford this.
