“If Obama succeeds, it is the end of America.”

Only in your little French poodle brain. You want to give up? Fine. Get the hell off FR. We don’t need you.

His ideas of Constitutional law make him a hack.

The President will not be impeached for the Unconstitutional actions of the House of Representatives and it is ridiculous to suggest that he would be.

The Slaughter maneuver is Unconstitutional, despite it having been used before. But it doesn't make the President liable for impeachment under the Constitutional standard of “high crimes and misdemeanors”.

As much as a lot of people seem to be running around looking for ANY short term solution that immediately removes our problem (impeachment, revolution, Kenyan birth certificates), the fact of the matter is the 0bamahole is very very likely going to be President until 2012.

No use going all wild eyed wackadoo about it and inventing ludicrous hypothetical impeachment hearings over House of Republican procedures that he was not involved in.

As long as the Dems run Congress, he might get impeached but he won’t be convicted. Better to wait till our side gets the Congress back.

You agree with your surrender-monkey buddy FlingWingFlyer that we should quit? How about you remove yourself from FR.

I’m damn tired of you quiters. You’re useless garbage.

I say we give dear leader a chance. If he can correctly spell Syracuse and get the correct number of states right we will let him resign instead of being impeached.

What made you say “...it is the end of America?”

Explain yourself. That’s a statement of a loser, tutu boy...or girl.

I didn't really think I needed a sarcasm tag for my #2 post on a thread about the marxists dems "deeming" the Obamacare bill passed, by saying "I deem yes!!" to impeachment of Obamassiah.

It WAS meant to be sarcasm, not even anything seriously close to a constitutional "opinion", but right now tempers are at their highest I've seen in a while here, and I was just trying to "Lighten it up" just a tad.

Sorry to get you both all worked up.

Because if Barack the Kenyan succeeds, it's the end of America

We will then become a banana republic with our own fascist "leader" ala Fidel Castro or Hugo Chavez.

Yes, yes, I should have checked. Have no idea how Ike got in my head.

Either way, it is not a binding legal contract on par with the Constitution. Although I do support the sentiment somewhat.

My objection to the sentiment is as follows....

When Party A controls the White House and Party B controls the Congress; more control over the economy rests with Party B, but the President and Party A get the credit or blame.

Much as in Medieval times, rain and sun grew the crops, but the King got the credit during good times and the blame during bad times.

If we get by this weekend, he's done.

Ironically, that is DumBO's most compelling argument, at least for the Fascicrats, for passing healthcare, it will determine his Pres__entcy.

I am not sure of what is required of the House to bring impeachment, a simple majority, but, the 2/3 in the Senate is a bitch. Even with a 60 seat Senate, finding 7 honest Fascists will be tough.

If he gets this 1) you can forget reconciliation, czar's will be writing all the rules for the deemed bill and 2) tax and crap will be next.

>>Impeach, try, convict and deport!<<

.
Only deport after 20 years in a federal pen for impersonating a POTUS.
