The White House declined on Thursday to rule out that President Barack Obama might sign future legislation, such as an immigration reform measure, that has not been put to a recorded yea-or-nay vote in both houses of Congress.
CNSNews.com asked White House Spokesman Robert Gibbs about the possibility of the president doing so because of a prospective lawsuit that Landmark Legal Foundation President Mark Levin has prepared to file against the president if he signs a health care bill that has not been passed by a direct recorded yea-or-nay vote in the House of Representatives. The prospective lawsuit argues that the plain language of Article 1, Section 7 of the Constitution requires that both houses of Congress hold recorded yea-or-nay votes on a bill before it can be presented to the president for his signature and before it can become law.
“I stated earlier that when this (health care) bill passes the House, the president will be happy to sign it,” Gibbs told CNSNews.com.
He twice declined to say, however, whether President Obama would rule out signing additional pieces of legislation that did not pass both chambers of Congress with a yea-or-nay vote....

Why not take it to a federal judge, to the Supreme Court might be best, for a reatraining order telling the President not to sign any bill that hasn’t been properly voted on by both the House and the Senate.
Obama would simply sign an executive order removing from the bench any judge or panel of judges who dared tell Obama to do anything.
He officially became a dictator today and in his and his backers minds, nobody can stop them.

Complete overthrow of the U.S.Constitution would not make the average Dem lose 5 minutes of sleep. If Hitler could do it, why not Obama?
Signing bills without full Congressional approval is the next logical step to destroying all Constitutional constraints whatsoever.
This is how it started in most dictatorships. If he does it with health care, and nothing happens, you can forget it. You have lost your country. Fight, accept it or move away.

A good beginning for a civil war, my friend! If you’re waiting for are “Republican Leaders” to actually LEAD, it ain’t gonna happen. The ball is in our court just like it was in the spring of 1775. The time has become to get in the faces of the Democommies and their lackeys - civil disobedience is an excellent technique. I don’t think it will make the regime back down, but it will have the effect of causing patriot blood to start to flow.

I can’t find this article by following the link. Is it still there? Where is this in writing? I’m not familiar with CNS news. As soon as I can get this confirmed I’m posting on my FB page. I don’t care any more if people think I’m too political. TONS of people read FB that would never read Free Republic or listen to Rush, Levin, etc. I’ve posted somethings that have shocked some people out of their American Idol stupor - we’ve got to be Paul Revere and sound the alarm. There are still some uninformed people who can be roused up and brought to our side if they finally hear the truth! Please let me know if you have any other sources for this (I don’t doubt at all that Obama said it, just need it confirmed in some place where friends can also verify, preferable in a somewhat well known blog or newspaper).
