Unfortunately, it is going to suck real bad if this gets passed and some people are going to physically suffer, which I don't wish on anyone.
We all need to put our iPod's down, turn off American Idol, and wake up.
My husband and I will continue to work against this “horror care” plan and the Obamination as long as we can, but we have an alternative. One we’re looking into, researching and seriously considering. Another country is starting to pull on our heart strings and, from what I’ve been reading, could offer us and our children more freedom in the future.
My heart aches for the United States. It’s my home, one my ancestors came to during a time of famine, and who worked and sacrificed to make it a great country. Now it’s being destroyed at a breakneck speed.
I never, in my lifetime until this past year, ever thought about moving so far away. Never! How times have changed.
It IS going to be painful. For the first time in my life I am grateful that none of my family has survived so I will not have to worry about them going through this. I’m old, I won’t see the worst of it, but people who have children and grandchildren, well, it’s not going to be pretty.

I understand the logic that if everyone is a government worker, there is no true tax base to confiscate funds. However, in truth, government workers pay the same taxes on income as non-government workers.
It's got to the point where I can't trust anybody anymore.

This was in their bill all along from what I recall. I’m trying to figure out how the states that are passing laws to override Obamacare will be able to override the IRS?
You have to ask yourself...are there really that many people in this country who WANT to be ruled over?
This just puzzles the heck outta me.

I posted this before, but if anyone’s interested in seeing what a GREAT job the IRS is doing with the First Time Home Buyer’s Refund, just read this blog...there are hundreds of frustrated people who’ve run into a brick wall when it comes to the IRS.

And on the other extreme, I have a friend who filed her taxes electronically and claimed the energy credit because they had bought a new AC that qualified. She was planning on sending in the hard copies of the verification of the purchase and SEER rating, but before she could, the IRS electronically transferred her entire refund into her account...energy rebate included (although they had no paperwork, just her “word” on her 1040 that she had bought a new AC.)
This will be a huge debacle if the IRS gets involved in HC.
